compliments to the question, why is the primary objective to work in SFI, but I would say in any Network.

Great Question, I have read a ton of these answers and their all great but nobody mentioned the biggest Key.. You need to make people feel like they are a part of something.. A real part of the team. Even your least experienced can surprise you with a great idea or some great input to one of YOUR ideas.. Plus its just human nature to want to be a part of something. Giving incentives is all and good but that in my opinion is not enough to get you the "team spirit" mentality your talking

The leader of the team must first understand the SFI business.
The goals of the team must be clearly set and stated.
All the team members must know the role each of them are to play.
All the team members must agree with the ideology of the team

HI,

The Best Way to Build team -with true team spirit...I think you need to know first who they are or in short let know each other and be friendly to them. Then once become comfortable to each other do a conference call or meeting. Discuss the matter that this business needed a strong TEAM work.
Explain the here in SFI will not work if your alone. If they need to grow easily and earn good quick so this good TEAM work is a must.

Involvement and Encouragement!

Whatever an affiliate has achieved, congratulate them!
List the names of your team-members on a genealogy mail and tell them to add each other on a2a, to create a community where they can interract with each other.
A little bit of healthy competition will develop amongst them and they will spur each other on. Thats been my experience.
Supporting them will reward you time and again so go for it!

I think being there for your team is the best way to build a team with team spirit.
Listen to what they have to say about what they want out of their business and explain how they can achieve it.
I just joined SFI two months ago and my sponsor has been great.
He has kept in contact with me, praised me when I reached fast track and taught me to do the same thing with my team.
That's what team spirit is helping the next person succeed.

i think there are three ways to build the team spirit at SFI.

1.Fokus, Describe your business organization plans to team members, and doing follow-up on a regular basis. Follow-up is useful not only to know the progress of the work alone, but is also useful to remind them to stay focused on the goal early.

2.Confidence, Treat every member of the team with the same treatment. Wake up confidence in them and among themselves.

The best way to build any team is with training. Make sure you team knows what they are supposed to be doing. An SFI sponsor is a coach, just like in sports. A coach not only recruits and trains his team, but he gives on going encouragement and motivation. None of this can be done without an open line of communication right from the start. So get to know your affiliates, train them, motivate them, and most important lead by example. No one will care what you tell them unless you have had the experience

This is a great question and I will answer it brief and not fire-hose it with some long drawn out elaborate answer. The best way to build a team with true team spirit in SFI is to first step up, learn and develop yourself by becoming a great Leader and Coach to encourage and motivate your group and continue to improve on those skills to increase your value and self worth.
