How does one support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed VersaPoints if he/she does not have any funds?

How good of an affiliate do you have is the first question. Are they doing everything they can to make the needed Versa Points? Are they committed to SFI? Do they have goals and are they doing everything they can to meet them? Are they going to be good team members and stay with it?
If the answer to all these questions are yes then buy them the tcredits they will need to make bids on an auction and receive the needed versa points. But this can only be done one month. Anything else becomes charity and you can not make money if you are running a non profit organization.
If you have enough money to have a computer or smart phone and be online enough to do this business, then you can find enough money each month to set up a standing order that will net the needed 1500 vp. If someone really believes in this business, they can and will find a way. In the US a bottle of Coke is about $1.25. If you usually drink a Coke everyday, stop for a month. That alone would pay for a standing order.
It's all a matter of how serious is your affiliate and how much promise are they showing.

What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

The best way to build any team is with training. Make sure you team knows what they are supposed to be doing. An SFI sponsor is a coach, just like in sports. A coach not only recruits and trains his team, but he gives on going encouragement and motivation. None of this can be done without an open line of communication right from the start. So get to know your affiliates, train them, motivate them, and most important lead by example. No one will care what you tell them unless you have had the experience yourself. It's also important to let your team know that you truly care about their success. I know this is sort of rambling but I hope it helps.

How do you explain to new affiliates what VersaPoints are and what they are used for?

Versa Points can be very confusing to new affiliates. In the first month it almost seems like you can make money just by doing some simple actions and reading a little bit. This being said I think it is very important to let a new affiliate know that Versa Points do not really become an important income contributor until they have created a down line and can get matching Versa Points. The main thing they need to know is it takes 1500 Versa Points every month to stay in the game (i.e. EA status). After you have a down line created it becomes more important to obtain as many as possible each month to make team leader and receive the benefits of matching Versa Points. I always explain Versa Points to my affiliates as stock shares in their SFI business. That's as close to the truth about Versa Points as I can come up with. Now that I've got several generations under me, the Versa Points match is starting to become very lucrative. As with everything, nothing happens over night. Consistency and a desire for success are what makes SFI work. Stick with it and your dreams will begin to materialize.
Good luck and God Bless

What is the best strategy for earning quickly with SFI?

There is no overnight success in SFI. Success can only come with commitment and consistency.
It is possible to start showing a profit more quickly if you are financially able to invest in some advertising early on, but it still takes time for your affiliates to make EA2 so that you make matching Versa Points.
The truth is the more time and money you invest in your business early on, the more return you are going to have early on.
But real profits are going to show up after you have a well trained team of affiliates under you working the program properly. This takes time, and time takes time.
If you joined SFI wanting to retire next month you are going to be disappointed, but if you are ready to treat your business like a business, and put in the blood sweat and tears. You will reap some serious rewards just a little ways down the road.
Since it's against the rules to talk about how much we make, I can only say that being consistent and being patient has really paid off for me. I know it will for you too.

How do you develop trust with your affiliates and get them to follow your leadership?

Lead by example, first and foremost. If you are asking your team to do something make sure you have done it first. Real experience cannot be faked.
Communicate with them. Get to know your downline. People are much more likely to trust and follow someone they know.
Reward them for their efforts. Even if it's just a simple stream post "good job". Make sure they know when they have done something right.
Always be completely honest with your team. Do not sugar coat anything. Give from your experience only and they will sense the sincerity and respond to it positively.
Lastly believe in yourself and your team. Take time out of the day to envision your entire downline being the most successful SFI team ever. Imagine what life would be like for them and for you. Sounds silly but it works. It really does.
Good Luck!!!!

I am broke but I really want to make EA this month. What do I do and what is the best advice you can give to me?

I certainly know what broke feels like, and this is a hard question to answer. Of course having a standing order of 1500 vp is the easiest way to do it. I've noticed several people giving this advice when answering this question. I've also seen some really good examples of how to budget the standing order money, but I don't think this truly answers the question.
The real answer is hard work. If you are totally broke then you are going to have to earn the need points. Each approved ECA you refer to TripleClicks will net you 100 vp. This means you need to go out to pawn shops, flea markets, garage sales, mall kiosks, etc and sign up at least 10 ECAs. Then if you earn your daily vp you will more than make it.
I'm by no means saying this will be easy especially if you are broke and don't have a ride, but you must ask yourself "How serious am I?" If the answer is real serious you will find a way. Walking is always an option.
I hope this helps. Good luck!

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

Gery Carson gives a great answer to this question here: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/AskGery010507
There is also another awesome discussion here:

Our business is duplication. Our whole goal is creating a well trained team of entrepreneurs that are creating wealth for themselves.
I find that leading by example and also being very up front about what needs to be done to achieve success works very well.
I think sometimes we are afraid to tell a new affiliate what works because we are afraid it will scare them off. But the truth is you have to do the work, spend the time, and invest some of your money. I did the work, invested time and money and now I'm becoming successful. How do you do it? Just like I did, that's how and that is the very definition of duplication.
Good Luck and God Bless
