In SFI , everybody starts out with 0 Versapoints on the 1st day of every month. This is the process and part of the system that determines your compensation from month to month and there is no way to get around or avoid it. A lot of Affiliates still continue to miss or don't really comprehend this as they work toward building their business each month.

When you log in and score points, you become an Active Team member for that month. You want to score as many points as you can each month

Zoran,

This is a good question to ask and there are can be so many opinions about this. To answer your question objectively, you can be successful in SFI without investing any money .

How to do it, of course would require you to have patience and work very hard to build your business to where it is profitable for you. Yes, it is going to take you a much longer and slower time, if you do it this way. You would have to study, read a lot, sign up a lot of Affiliates and understand

This is a great question and I will answer it brief and not fire-hose it with some long drawn out elaborate answer. The best way to build a team with true team spirit in SFI is to first step up, learn and develop yourself by becoming a great Leader and Coach to encourage and motivate your group and continue to improve on those skills to increase your value and self worth.

Have fun, keep things simple, follow the basic format that SFI already offers and communicate that to your team and

There can be so many opinions on this question. I realize that SFI can get overwhelming to a person just starting out when they see all the things that they have to do to make the business work for them. It can also affect the seasoned affiliate when they see that they have to continue to change with what SFI offers if they want to be successful.

The key to not getting so overwhelmed would be to first get the right mindset of how simple it is to be successful in SFI. What inspires me

Bolajoka, this a good question and I'm sure you will get a lot of answers with various opinions on this one.

Trying to convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business is indeed a great challenge. The thing you have to realize is that they can quit or opt out anytime. This is a sensitive situation and you have to learn how to handle it tactfully. The best way is to prepare yourself very well, for it is going to happen a lot in this business.

I said that to prepare

How do you present the SFI Compensation Plan to your group so that they are excited about working and earning with SFI?

I present the SFI compensation Plan as the most important aspect of their training and I always relate to my group to study the Compensation Plan thoroughly in order to get paid well. Most new Affiliates will jump in the business with a big bang , make EA their first month and never take time to totally understand how they get paid so when they see their first check, they become disillusioned, disappointed and frustrated because it is so small. Then, they lose their motivation and excitement and

David, there have been so many great responses to this question.Reading gives you knowledge and power. A lot of people have shared so many motivational books and they are right on point. One should spend a lot of time in the area of self development if they want to become a great Leader, Trainer and Coach. All of the books listed below should be a part of your library to be read over and over again.

You can offer financial support to a hard working PSA/CSA by giving them a small gift certificate as a token for their dedication and persistence in qualfiying as an EA if they are financially strapped for cash starting out.You can usually tell if they continue to communicate to you that they are broke and have no funds. You can help them if you are able, but remember that they have to learn to fend for themselves.... so don't try to continue to carry them on your back.

I would suggest that
