What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

I think being there for your team is the best way to build a team with team spirit.
Listen to what they have to say about what they want out of their business and explain how they can achieve it.
I just joined SFI two months ago and my sponsor has been great.
He has kept in contact with me, praised me when I reached fast track and taught me to do the same thing with my team.
That's what team spirit is helping the next person succeed.
When someone asks you why they should join SFI, what do you say?

When someone asks me about SFI I tell them that it is a work from home business.
It doesn't cost anything except your time.
You can earn money in different ways such as Tripleclicks and Pricebenders.
I tell them that it's a team business therefore I'm always ready and available to help them when needed.
