I just tell them that please don't quit or give up,it all sounds confusing when getting started, but after awhile a light bulb goes off in your head, and you are like wow, now i get it, and things then eventually start falling into place for you. Also, read and study the information and FAQs because there is much information, and then you become more familiar with the ins and outs of SFI. Also, communication is another key. Communicate with your down line, and offer your support and assistance, and send out your weekly group mail messages. Communicate with your up line also if you have any questions or concerns. Also, be sure to login each day and check your alerts for important SFI information and updates. With just a little time and effort, and thinking positive, and not quitting or giving up, and reading the information, and doing the communication, and logging in each day...you can and will achieve success here. In SFI every day is just like another which is the reason why my team should log in daily to get the latest news on their Alerts Page.

Learn to claim free Versa Points by visiting your Home Page and taking actions required in your To-do-list. View the Scoreboard to be sure you have the Versa Points 11 or 12 due for the day. Part of this VP is from To-Do List which requires you to view the latest products at TripleClicks to earn 2 versa points.

Do weekly action by sending group message to your PSAs, CSAs, Genealogy that gives you 30 Versa Points
Review your TConnect Page to earn 5 Versa Points
For submitting a Stream Post 3 times a week earns you 3 Versa Points

Do your monthly action by rating your sponsor for 10 Versa Points

I also explain to them that TCredits are a great way to maintain EA status on a monthly basis and at a reasonably price too. The 100TCredits is $29 with 1200VP, while 3 single 1TCredit is $5.67 @ $1.89 Standing Order per 1TCredit with a total of 306VP.

Once Executive Affiliate, remain same every month. Learn to recruit five affiliates or more every month, it could be friends, relations, colleagues, etc and teach them what you do to succeed. When you consolidate on duplication next step will be Team Leader status.

This is a good question!
I personaly send every 2-3 days an encouragement message to all my PSAs and CSAs. The most important thing I allways remind to them is that how good SFI really is and why is this business so important. I never say to them how much they can end up earning and never say how much to spend or to read on the site. That's up to them.
So let's make a top 3 of my own advices:
1. SFI is the REAL place where to build an online business.
2. Allways make sure you do a minimum of 1500 VP monthly to qualify for bonuses and payouts.
3. Work on duplication to mutiply your earnings.

Those are the 3 steps I allways talk about and remind my affiliates not to forget about.

The first thing that I do is set up my Active Team Member Base each month.Let me help you understand and clarify this so you will know exactly what I'm saying to you. In a nutshell, if you don't have one , you are fooling yourself about being successful in SFI.

What is my ACTIVE TEAM?

My Active Team is that group of PSA's and CSA's that log in their Home Page and score Versapoints,starting out each month! If they don't do that, they are not on my Active Team. I spend all of my valuable time enhancing my Leadership and coaching skills thru personal emails and group communication letters to motivate , encourage and lead this group to score as many points as they can and work toward making EA status each month. It doesn't matter whether they score 1pt or 10,000 pts, they are the workers contributing to my Total Group Versapoint Activity each month.

I don't waste time getting frustrated about others in my downline because they are not doing anything or logging in ever so often.They are just as important,and are still in my organization, so I try to keep the right mindset about them. I know that I'm morally obligated to help them , so they get a communication letter from me 1 time each month where I show support and encouragement. I look at my Geneology and see all of the "0" Versapoint Affiliates, and others who may have scored points in the past, but have fallen by the wayside. These are the ones that get 1 communication letter from me each month. I usually set my Geneology mailer up to do both groups at the same time so I take care of that every month and move on.

Being on the right Track......

I'm concerned about My Active Team now.. so I watch and monitor them carefully. They are the ones that are already motivated, so I piggyback off them and put fuel to the fire. Whenever an Affiliate gets back active, by scoring pts, I always welcome them back to my Active Team and I do the same with the "0" Versapoint Affiliates using the Stream post.

For the new Associates , my welcome letter is automatically sent out when they first sign up thru SFI. Once they log in their SFI Home Page and start scoring Versapoints , I set them up in my personal email Contact List and and contact them immediately. I also use the Stream post to welcome them to my Active Team.

We noticed that you have started working your Versapoint Ledger. This is the key to being successful in SFI. I have various emails that I send out constantly and all thru the month to help those on my Active Team who desire to be successful and make money in SFI , but they have to make commitments, be willing to follow instructions and allow me to be their coach.

My general concern was what to say and how to say it to get responses and a lot of people in my group do email me back. I have built up great relationships because they feel that I'm genuinely concerned about their success and a lot of them are still on my Active Team every month.

I'm constantly working and fine tuning my system to be more effective and to get better results.

The best ways for motivation and making your team to stay active would be:-

1. Give them complete knowledge about the business.

2. Keep healthy communication with your team, i mean to say not to be too aggressive.

3. Contests and rewards can also be the main element for inspiration.

4. Be an example for them, they should know the fact that you are involved in one of the best online business which gives good income.

To motivate my team:

I send all my downline at least once a week a team mail message about the rule of success, emphasizing each step the importance of implementing it.

I also offer Gift Certificates to my downline, who can maintain Executive Affiliate status and reassigned 2 to 5 Affiliates under them.

I post through STREAM tab “Congratulations” to all my downline, who achieved EA and encourage them to continue moving forward, outperforming previous month’s performance.

I also send them positive and uplifting words to help them stay focus, be consistent and stay committed as one team.

I also remind them each time that I’m always here to help.

First, let me share a relevant anecdote.

How many psychiatrists does it take to change a light bulb? Only one but the light bulb has to *want* to change.

And so it is with motivation. If your affiliate *wants* to be motivated than you will be able to motiate them. If not, nothing you do will help.

Now for those that want to and can be motivated. Regular contact is the best method. Send the weekly newsletter, use stream posts in between newsletters, answer questions promptly and most importantly occasionaly email your workers and ask them how they are, what they need and just show an interest in them.

Show your affiliates that you care and do your best to help them out and you will reap the rewards.

Many people sign in to SFI without having any idea of what a businessman has to go through to become successful. You have to prepare them, show them that ups and downs are normal and they must learn to cope with it.

1) Be honest with your affiliates. They have to pedal their own bike to succeed in this business.You are not riding a tandem bike where you do all the work and he coasts. We can guide and encourage, but they have to do the work.

2) Share personal experiences, ups and downs. Become a real person to them. Let them know that you also went through some of what they are going through. That they are not alone in this.

3) Turn the negatives into valuable lessons.
All businesses face setbacks, hardships, and, frustrations. Each one that is overcome, teaches a little about business life.

4)Give incentives. Offer rewards and contests. Remind them how they will be rewarded if they do the next step. Use the compensation plan to order your thoughts here.

5)Help them understand the different money streams offered and the way they work, the requirements, and the the solutions to what might be holding them from achieving success in each stream.

Most of motivation should be given to members who are beginners in the SFI, they did not realize what their are possibilities offered by SFI.
I will explain the way I motivate my team.
I am sending the message to my team, about how they can use Earning Calculator. My recommendation is that they enter the number 5 in both fields on the Earnings Calculator, and to look at the results how income look like after 24 months.
It's earnings derived from only 5 members who are active in SFI.
Furthermore I explain to them how to win TCredits, in games, in TripleClicks drawing every hour and how to use TCredits.
Also I give them a suggestion to participate in the E365 program and win up to $ 500 and other prizes in the drawing for the next 365 days.
I also remind them how easy it is to do business in your own home, without going to the company, without paying for transportation, without having to purchase lunch, or even put on shoes on their feet.
