I think there is no such thing as "best method", like there is no such thing as "the best site", "the best team" or the best anything. Like an old saying: "No matter as fast as you drive, there will always be someone that will drive faster then you".
Now getting back the subject, I think the ways you can convince people to join SFI should be clear, honest and realistic. We want to bring people that really want to bring their A-game, not just some who to register and appear in our genealogy and that's it. So here it is:
*Start always with your close friends. Talk with them. Explain them what SFI is really about. Don't rush in offering them to join until you really made them believe this company is legit, and is guaranteed to be a success for everyone who really fights, works and wants.
*Don't make blind advertising. Don't share a post just to be there. Be smart! Post your ads in places where you think you would first look.
*Be yourself the one you try to convince to join. When you succeeded in convincing yourself that SFI is the place YOU want to be then you are on the right track.
So the things you should do, to increase your chances in capturing the attention of the right people are: to be honest; to create a good picture about the company; to tell them as many benefits they could get that are crossing to your head; allways make them believe you.
Once you have done that I am sure you will increase your chances in building a great sold team.
Cheers!
