1. Welcome Message: This is what gives the first impression of you in front of your down line. As you may be knowing, First Impression Lasts long. So, prepare a precise but well decorated welcome message.

2. Do not overwhelm your newly joined downline with bunch of information. Help them understanding SFI by sending them the amount of information that they can digest initially. You can devide your success tips into parts and then help them doing one tip each week. This way they will learn better and stay away from getting overwhelmed.

3. Never ask them to jump into the auction zone directly. This may back fire as there is huge possibility that they will loose money in it initially due to lack of experience. First teach them how to play and then ask them to jump into it.

4. Use the SFI E-Cards effectively. They are great to congratulate and Give tips. Every time you see one affiliate doing some task, try to send one tip card with information about immediate next step he should do. This way the affiliate will feel it is easy to work on.

DON"T IGNORE YOUR NEW PEOPLE! Even though they get your saved welcome letter, a personal note or e-card goes a long way. My sponsor was not active when I signed up, and I missed the Fast Track bonus and was totally confused. It took a month before I finally took a good look at the program, and got started. Be sure to contact them as soon as you can after they sign up!

DON"T IGNORE YOUR INACTIVE AFFILIATES! (See Above) Just today, a person who signed up in October started her program because she was intrigued by some of the letter I send out each week. As you increase your downline, few vital points to remember (and few pit stops you may avoid):
• Never take anything for granted. Never treat a seemingly simple question from your downline with know-it-all attitude. And always be prompt with your replies.

• Be a Team Leader. Be a living, breathing example of how a leader should be. Always be available for your downline. Always encourage them. Always congratulate them on their success. Make them feel that they ARE part of your team.

• Never hesitate with sharing your knowledge. We are a big family & seniors need to nurture & tolerate their juniors.

• Not all people in your downline will be on the same page or have the same wavelength when it comes to mastering SFI Basics & rules to success. Be their mentor. Adapt yourself rather than expecting your team to adapt to suit yourself. Remember not all children are the same. Everyone has different needs & learning curve. Realize that & teach your best kids to emulate yourself.

As you build your downline, some common mistakes to avoid are:
1. Never take any affiliate for granted. Not because you may not see them on the scoreboard for a while does not mean you should just forget about them. Even when there is no activity, take the time to send them an E_Card every now and then. You might just find out that a few of them become active from this gesture.

2. Do not make the mistake of not communicating with your downline. Some sponsors and co-sponsors only exist by name. There is no communication from sponsor/co-sponsor. Many members get discouraged by this and therefore put out little or no effort.

3. Never make the mistake of not answering questions which your downline pose to you. If you do not have the answer readily, make sure you do your research find the answers. You can get answers to questions through ASK SC, The Forum, your sponsor/co-sponsor, launchpad lessons and A2A friends. When you answer your downline questions then this will build trust.

4. Never make the mistake of not attending to your business everyday and earning as many VPs as possible. These VPs will add up to help you maintain your rank. If you cannot set up a standing order, make sure you earn enough action VPs and you also have a few dollars to purchase items from tripleclicks fro which you will earn VersaPoints to help you maintain your rank.

5. Never make the mistake of not working with your all important workers. If you do not encourage and support them, they will not be able to give you a good rating at the end of the month.

Hi Vladimir a good question and one we have all faced in the past.

Some of the common mistakes are:

1. Not encouraging your downline
2. Forgetting to tell your downline how you are doing it.
3. Not giving enough information on marketing methods you are telling them to use.

There are many other mistakes that can be made, but I think it is very important to connect with all the members of your downline.
You have the facilities in the genealogy to send emails to your whole team or part of your team.

Make sure you contact all of your affiliates even those that appear not to be working.

You may contact them just at the right time and get them back on board with SFI.

A common mistake is assuming your downline will know how to use any of the resources you tell them about. They may have only been on the internet a short while and if you tell them to do some safelist marketing or any other type of marketing they may not know what you are on about.

Check with your downline that they do know what the resources are and how to use them. If they don't then teach them what they have to do.

Great question!

When you get a new sign-up, welcome them within 24 hrs or sooner and introduce yourself. Let them know that you are there to offer assistance. Avoid no contact or not sending a welcome right away.

Keep in touch with your team. Send out a weekly newsletter to your entire team. Avoid, not having contact with your team even if many are inactive. You never know when someone will be motivated to come back.

When someone in your team asks you a question, answer it within 24 hrs or sooner. Avoid waiting longer than a day to answer. Even if you don’t know the answer, at least let the team member know right away that you are doing research to find the answer.

Avoid being judgmental. If you are asked for help, refrain from responding that they would know the answer if they read and studied the training material. That’s not helpful! Be nice!

You are a team leader – a sponsor. You are not their boss so avoid acting like one.

Don’t make the mistake of not following rules. There are Rules of Success. Follow them!

Building a downline does have it's pitfalls.

When possible pre-sell and train prospects on what to expect inside the SFI Site. This will help reduce confusion and being overwhelmed by the massive scope of the system.

Be sure you have as many points of contact, (e-mail, phone, Skype, Facebook, etc.) available for your new recruits to get hold of you if they have questions. Being unreachable is a constant source of panic for new members.

Be informative and consistent in your weekly Team Mail. If possible add members to your own mailer and use it to send a notice about the new newsletter or handle the actual sending of the newsletter as sometimes the SFI messages get buried in the SPAM box of your team and never read.

Never stop learning and never stop teaching. If you learn something new every day and share what you learned you will build more than a downline, you will build a strong and knowledgeable team.

Never cross solicit. I know it's tempting when you are building multiple business interest to say hey I have 50 people in SFI I would love to have them in XYZ too so I'll just invite them. This is a major mistake because it shows you are not convinced that SFI is your best program. It also shows you care more about the money you earn than your team members, and it distracts team members who would otherwise be focused on SFI. Don't do it ever because it's both bad for business and if you are reported to SFI can cause you to lose everything you've worked hard to build here.

I will not try to cover all the things to avoid. But I think a starting point that is a very big mistake
is to not be consistent and available for your downline. Don’t sign up numbers into your
downline and then abandon them. Be ready to help them everyday and communicate on a
regular basis. Like once a week team mail and 3x’s a week stream. Answer emails from them
within 24 - 48 hrs at the most. Create incentives for them too, to help generate interest and
excitement in our opportunity in SFi.

Another mistake is to sign up numbers to your downline while you do nothing yourself to learn
and work the program. It is a mistake to think having large quantity of people in your downline
will earn you income while you do nothing. SFI is a program that you have to work, participate,
help others, and continue to learn and grow.

SFI is not going to work all by itself just because you signed up or because you sign up others.
It is also a mistake to try to skip over Launchpad and other training available for us in
SFI program. You don’t have to figure out how to run your business because step by
step it is all in here for you to follow. Work the plan already provided and teach others
to do the same (duplication)

Another error is to make things complicated. Keep it simple for you downline, and
encourage them in every way you see they need to be encouraged. Help them see how
it works when they become confused. Keep it simple and it will click for them, if they
follow the plan (launchpad)

One last mistake I will point out is to neglect TripleClicks, as it is where all our moneys
