How much information do you send your CSA's, or do you let their sponsor take care of them so they are not overwhelmed?

Not a bad question i feel as many of us think CSAs are just extra income source but not something we should take Responsibility. But let me inform you that, big leaders treat both PSAs and CSAs at an equal level.
Discriminating between PSAs and CSAs is never a nature of Team Leader. Treat both as your own downline. I must say what i do here in some points which gives a better clarity
1. Some of my CSAs even do not have a sponsor who is even EA and very new to SFI. In that case they need some one experienced to guide them towards their success path. So i am very happy to share my tips with them and help them grow.
2. We receive 15% CV from every CSA purchase then why should not I take responsibility to guide my CSAs. Plus being a TL you can get huge money on Matching VP. Is that not enough to encourage you to help them?
3. Including CSAs in my Team contest makes the competition more competitive and that encourages few of my PSAs to gain more VP and stay in contest. Is that not beneficial to me?
So I do share all my Tips equally to my PSAs and CSAs without any discrimination and hope you will do it too.

How will the changes announced on January 1st make your business grow in 2016?

The new announcements on 1st January are certainly not going to provide any new tricks or systems to make a difference. But, it is going to change the way you are working. With new Milestone Shares and Designated Diamond program, now you have a time limit to achieve your goals. So, let me give you the outlines I have drawn from each of them..
1. Milestone Shares: This is a huge introduction to keep all of my team members eager for achieving new ranks. Because the milestone shares are going to expiry after 1 year of award. if someone is really serious about building a good business, he wont like to loose them. So the affiliate will always eager to advance his rank to TL which is going to help my business grow.
2. Designated Diamond: This is just a WOW program for the year. Now with this, I have the commitment of my PSA to achieve certain team leader rank within a given period. My PSA's success is ultimately my own success.
3. New Simple Versa Points: Yes, this is great introduction. Earlier even if you have 2 EA2, accumulating 1000 action versa points was never going to easy unless you spend a good amount of TCredits in bidding. But now, you do not have any such restrictions. Now you can put a standing order of 1500 VP and wait till the last few days of the month doing your regular activities. During last part of the month, if you have one EA2 just purchase the rest VPs and become BTL. Similarly, if you have 2 BTLs in PSA, you can easily become STL and so on. Is not that good enough to relax your mind from the hectic action VP plans?
4. More VP options: This is not the biggest of the announcement when you consider that the sales/purchase and action VPs are just simple VP now. However, it has few benefits. For example, previously you were receiving 500 VP maximum from bidding even if you spend 1000 TCredits for winning any Pricebender auction. But now, you can receive maximum 1000 VP. This basically means more matching points in the executive pool.

What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invitation for the Designated Diamonds program? And where do I look?

As mentioned in the announcement, selecting the PSA for Designated Diamond program is the most vital part of it. Of course, everyone have their own criteria of selecting. Few of them may be very choosy and few may be liberal in their criteria. Here are the ones that I am considering for choosing my Diamonds....
1. I am inviting my EA2, who have maintained EA or above rank for at least 2 months. However, they must have recruited at least 5 members to their team as PSA (active or inactive does not matter).
2. I am inviting PSAs, who were affiliate for long time after joining and now suddenly becoming EA. I am inviting these guys because the fire must have just come from some where to make them EA even after long inactive times. So, I am going to add little faith and $200 signing in bonus which will take the fire to a different level.
3. All new affiliates who are setting up a standing of at least 1200 or above. I feel by setting up the standing order, they are basically showing commitment. A little help and support from me is going to give them a rocking start.
Well, all these are my selection criteria. But, before inviting any one, I always contact them personally and make sure that he/she is committed and interested to take the challenge.

Success of SFI is solely dependent on success of its affiliates. SFI grows bigger and better when its affiliate becomes stronger.
With the new Designated Diamond program in, Each of the EA2 and above have an amazing motivation to achieve those designed goals in time. By doing this
1. The process of duplication becomes more and more. This basically means more active affiliates and hence, a stronger and successful SFI.
2. The action versa points and sales versa points are one simpler versa points. This gives freedom for generating more and more VP through sales and purchase. More sales means success of SFI. is not it?

It is never guaranteed who will be active in SFI and who will not, but still there are ways to produce better quality affiliates. I follow few basics points for generating quality affiliates and hope it will be useful for you too. Before you create a new sign up, you must make him aware of the following facts, because he must know what system he is going to join and how it works.
1. You must tell him the first truth: "SFI is not a quick get rich scheme." Patience and persistence are needed to grow here.
2. Let him know that "money-making in SFI solely depends on team building as well as sales. If he is not good with that, training will help, but he needs patience and interest.
3. Make him aware that SFI can be overwhelming at the beginning, so he needs to work to understand the system, rather than just sign up and look for money.
I feel if you explain these points before someone joins your team, he will not be surprised by the program when he tries to work on it. This will allow him to understand the system better, and he will be a better affiliate for sure.

Many options for you to build a Team quickly but I think you are specifically, "Fast ways to build an active Team".
1. Most of the time we spent in these kind of business is recruiting PSAs. So, if you got some money, let the heaviest of the burdens on either Team Co-op, ECA PSA packages or on SFI (PSAs to go and S Builder).
2. By purchasing the PSAs through above ways, you can make sure that a good number of PSAs are joining your team regularly. So, now you just have to focus on the second major aspect i.e. duplication. You need to teach your PSAs the way you are working and convince them that this is the best way to be successful and make money in few months.

1. Besides daily to-do-list, everyday actively advertise your gateways to generate new PSAs, ECAs and PRMs.
2. Interact with your active members and fix at least one time in a week to train then with your tricks.
3. Spend some time in connecting successful a2a members. You can find some extraordinary tips from them.
4. Find some time to read one of the amazing training lessons available in SFI. Try to write on your stream about the special thing you learn everyday so that you team members can be benefitted.
5. Participate in auctions at times. If you can win, your team members will get inspired by seeing you in winners list and get more active.

What is the best use for the MRP I earn?

MRPs have really very wide use and depends on your aim. I will give you a brief idea on the different possibility with concerned aim an trust you can make use of it to decide your best use.
1. MRP is a good way to get VP by purchasing 1TC. But, I would not suggest you to purchase high TC packs using it as it becomes loss. You can use MRP for this purpose if you are looking for some sales/purchase VP to achieve your rank. In other cases, it is meaningless.
2. You can convert these MRPs to nice products if you have hem in bulk amount. You can find the number of rewards available in exchange of MRPs in the rewards tab of TripleClicks. You just have to pay the shipping fee.
3. Another good way is to convert them into direct cash. This you can do by purchasing a product listed in your own store. This is a very secret tips but very effective.
Note: The value of MRP equivalent to Cash really goes high if you spend them in Bulk (around 15000 MRP) at a time. Unless, you may pay more for any product you purchase.
