The first thing to do is to make sure you understand the question. You may need to ask some open-ended questions to clarify what is being asked. Then, repeat back in your own words, the question being asked.
Be honest and say that you are unsure of the answer, but will do some research and get back to them in a specific period of time with an update.
Once you understand the question, you can enter a keyword(s) in the search box “Looking for something? Find it here” at the top of all SFI affiliate pages. Notice that when you start typing, possible answers appear. If you are getting false hits, try other keywords.
If you are not finding the answer, try going to the Forum, https://www.sfimg.com/forum. There is a keyword search box but take note that you can do an Advanced Search to hone in on the answer. I recommend using this feature.
Again, if you do not find the answer, try searching in Ask SC, https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=ask_sc.
If you have not yet found the answer, then reach out to your Sponsor and others in your upline.
Once you have the answer that you believe to be correct, contact your team member. Let him/her know how you found the answer and how you conducted your search, the keywords you used, and also site the source. This is important because it is part of teaching them how to do it themselves.
Lastly, ask if you have completely answered their question.
