I will not try to cover all the things to avoid. But I think a starting point that is a very big mistake
is to not be consistent and available for your downline. Don’t sign up numbers into your
downline and then abandon them. Be ready to help them everyday and communicate on a
regular basis. Like once a week team mail and 3x’s a week stream. Answer emails from them
within 24 - 48 hrs at the most. Create incentives for them too, to help generate interest and
excitement in our opportunity in SFi.
Another mistake is to sign up numbers to your downline while you do nothing yourself to learn
and work the program. It is a mistake to think having large quantity of people in your downline
will earn you income while you do nothing. SFI is a program that you have to work, participate,
help others, and continue to learn and grow.
SFI is not going to work all by itself just because you signed up or because you sign up others.
It is also a mistake to try to skip over Launchpad and other training available for us in
SFI program. You don’t have to figure out how to run your business because step by
step it is all in here for you to follow. Work the plan already provided and teach others
to do the same (duplication)
Another error is to make things complicated. Keep it simple for you downline, and
encourage them in every way you see they need to be encouraged. Help them see how
it works when they become confused. Keep it simple and it will click for them, if they
follow the plan (launchpad)
One last mistake I will point out is to neglect TripleClicks, as it is where all our moneys
are generated. Learn what is in there, sell to others, and make purchases yourself.
