In answer to your question: it can be very discouraging if your sponsor is non-responsive. This usually means that they might have given up too soon. This is my third time in SFI and my first two sponsors were in-active, but this was also before SFI revamped the program and added the a2a program. I am now trying SFI again. This time I have a sponsor that is there for me. Nevertheless, this program can be done with out your sponsor.

What ever you do, please do not opt out of the program. You will loose any progress you have made. The best thing for you to do is go to your up-line until you find someone that is willing to respond to you. Still, if no one responds then you can always contact corporate for support and help. Also, you can go to the a2a program and join it as well, if you haven't already, and search for team leaders (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). These people can give you good advice as well. If you wish, you can add me as an a2a friend. I'll be glad to help in anyway I can.

Remember that You signed the agreement with Company, not with Your sponsor.
Sponsor is the person that showed You the opportunity and has interest to show You the basics of the work and help You to advance.
Above all, Your business starts with You,
and that's the most responsible person about Your work.
Company has provided us all tools we need for great work,
so don't bother with non responsive sponsor,
just read the material company provides You,
and do Your business.

If all attempts to contact your sponsor fail, you have to remember the most important fact - this is your business. There are many other SFI sources available to obtain the information / help you require eg the Forum, a3a friends, Launchpad, SFI basics and the Training option on your home page.

The most important lesson however to learn from an unresponsive sponsor, is not to fall into the samr trap - be always available for your Team and lead by example.

That time I didn't even know where to begin. So my co-sponsor came to my rescue. He said that I should loggin and look at the SFI basics. From there on am doing good. With the help of the SFI basics trust me there's a good learning material within SFI itself.

Am only greatful that she recruited me to grap this awesome opportunity. I will advice you to look at the SFI Basics, tips, forum, ask sc and FAQ these are the pages that I managed to get further assistance from.

If your sponsor is non-responsive look for other sources of support. I would start with your upline, SFI Forum, a2a etc. There is a good chance your upline with help you since they have more experience than your sponsor.

In my opinion, sponsors should be there for their team members. It's their job. After all, they are our Team Leaders. Is this how they lead us? There are so many good sponsors who would love to sponsor such PSA. Why don't we reassign such PSA to them? If you aren't going to help your downline succeed then don't build a team. It is so irresponsible to expect your affiliates to work hard, and not giving anything in return.

There is a simple answer to this question Don't Panic, Go to the Forum and let everyone know that you will need some help to get started. You will be helped by everyone in the forum. Do not be afraid to ask any questions that you may have. If you are serious about this business people will respect you for that.
Also don't think too badly of your sponsor, there could be any number of reasons why they have not responded to you at the moment. You will still succeed !!!!!!!

Finally, through the SFI and the TC -mail software can help anyone with whom we are in contact .

When someone does not respond , yet , it does not mean that you do not want to help. Maybe that is large enough team that takes up your time.
Most of the suggestions , advice is worth considering , because if we are not a team with a common interest everyone out .

Dear friend, It is unfortunate for an Affiliate if his Sponsor is non-responsive. In other companies, in such a situation, it is become difficult to grow in business. But we are very lucky to be associated with such a company who already look in the matter and give us a solution in the form Co-Sponsor. In SFI we have Sponsor as well as Co-sponsor to look after our progress in Business. If your Sponsor is non-responsive, then just give thanks to him for introducing you in SFI and GO FORWARD. You can not wait for him and make yourself demotivated only just because your sponsor is not supporting you. There are numerous supportive tools that Company has provided you. If I give my example, I think just 40% I have explored till date out of total business development tools. Just try to Educate yourself with the things that Company has given and then you will see that YOU ARE GROWING AUTOMATICALLY. If your Sponsor is not properly educated himself with the system, then there is a risk of misguidance also. After Joining SFI it is better to make the site Your Guide and Teacher of SFI Business.
