Remember that different people would be interested in different things.
Some would be interested in TCredits,
some in geting new Affiliates,
some would love Gift Certificates.
Maybe it would be clever to make some kind of poll
to recognize who is interested in what.
When You see the results, it would be easier
to plan incentives for Your team.
You both make a relation with Your team
and You can offer best rewards fo their activity.
They will be more motivated if You offer them
what they really want.

Apart from the 125 TCredits pack, what other Standing Order product with 1500 VP would you suggest to replace IAHBE?

I would try doing Advanced Search in TripleClicks for products and services offered.
There are some nice offers after I filtered it by "ships from ..." Your country.
That way, You may use money that would spend anyway in any store offline, for purchasing goods and services You need, and would not spend some extra cash.
All that products You purchase will get You VPs, no matter if they are on Standing order or not.
On the other hand, if You don't find items You actually use, go to Your store, where You buy often, and encourage them to become ECA.
That way, You could make double benefit - You will buy stuff which You were buying earlier, and will get ECA royalties from the same purchases.

Remember that You signed the agreement with Company, not with Your sponsor.
Sponsor is the person that showed You the opportunity and has interest to show You the basics of the work and help You to advance.
Above all, Your business starts with You,
and that's the most responsible person about Your work.
Company has provided us all tools we need for great work,
so don't bother with non responsive sponsor,
just read the material company provides You,
and do Your business.

From my experience,
the only way to convince life partner about investing in SFI is to make a success of it.
At the start, it might make some awkward situations,
but that should give You strength to proceed and speed up Your work,
as, one time Your partner sees benefits,
will be even more active than You about the business.
Non believers are the best players after You convince them.
Try to watch Your business through eyes of Your partner,
as different people need different evidence to see if something works or not.
Be sure that there are rare couples that have no different views about
things like SFI and similar.
Once You convince partner, Your business will explode.

Complete Launchpad is a must for any SFI Affiliate.
There are no good or bad lessons,
read them all at least once per month,
they will remind You what to focus on,
and what You might do towards Your success.

I always repeat sentence from books written by Robert Kiyosaki:

why does it have to be today?"
Doubts are always present, our success depends on
the way we jump them over, and continue pursuing our dreams.
In any business,
it always looks like we put more than we receive,

will see that it's all worth waiting and doing.

From my experience, friends and family are the last persons that will get in Your team.
And that is not just for SFI, but for the most of opportunities they don't understand.
In their eyes You are at first their friend or relative, and when You start to talk about some opportunity, they don't hear You. Totally different would be if even total stranger tell them about the same thing.
The best way to approach them is to make Your work real, so they can feel it and they will then ask You what You are doing and if they may join You.
So don't waste Your time and go out and make it work.

Why is setting goals so important in becoming successful in SFI?

It is not important just in SFI to set up a goal. In every day life we set up goals, even if we are not aware of them.
You wake up in the morning and go to work. Your goal is to get to work office on time, and You do the steps to reach it.
At the office, you have goals to achieve and earn salary.
When the weekend comes, Your goal is to rest and have fun.
So is in SFI, You are new and have no idea what to do to become successful. SFI gives You tools and strategies, but the most important thing is what is Your GOAL.
No one will do the work for You, unless You set it up and GO!
