In all human beings we are dealing with mindset. All sign-ups will have a particular mindset when they join - positive or negative. Mindset is easily determined by viewing the initial performance of every sign-up. The positive person will start immediately, is willing to try things on his/her own, and it will not be necessary for the sponsor to put in a huge motivating effort. The negative person will sit back and wait for something to happen and needs constant motivation to do even the most basic of actions.
We can shift from quantity to quality by changing the mindset from negative to positive. SFI has the most comprehensive training and support system that I have seen in businesses of this kind and I consider it to be one of the market leaders. All the aids available can be used to change mindset, but not before the following is understood by the sceptics : This is a business.
A business is acquired to make money and needs two main inputs from the owner for success - time and resources (money) A business will not grow and prosper if both of these elements are not present. Business analysts say that a good, solid business will return your capital investment in 5 years, provided it is properly managed.
If the available resources within SFI are used consistently and correctly, this 5 year period can be shortened considerably.
Now for the question how to shift from quantity to quality
1. Ensure that all sign-ups understand fully what a business is and require, before moving on to practical matters.
2. Leaders should lead by example and not underestimate their developmental role. Not all sign-ups will be familiar with an internet business.
3. Work out a training program for all new affiliates in which they are taken through the process step by step.
4. Continually motivate and reward.
5. Build a personal relationship with your team.
5. Lastly, leaders must ensure that the quality is maintained by being quality leaders at all times.
