For me it was when I finally decided to start setting up a 1500 VP standing order at the beginning of every month. Once I did that I was able to focus on sponsoring new affiliates and less on frantically trying to earn VP.

My second month after setting up my 1500 VP SO, I became a Bronze Team Leader and have been one ever since. And now I get a $10 bonus every month on top of all the other Team Leader benefits.

So I would tell anyone who is skeptical about setting up a Standing Order to just do it. It's worth every penny.

Success with SFI really started coming after I was able to get my new affiliates to realize that I am a real person that wants to talk to them, and help them with their problems. After I was able to finally make that first real contact with them,(they reply to a message and we actually start a dialogue, not just me sending them message after message) success really started to follow. They realized that I am just like them, and that even though I am a sponsor, I still have issues now and then as well.

In short, I would say that the ONE THING that made the difference for me, was humanizing myself to my team. I'm not a boss or a no-it-all. I'm just another person that wants to help out and have a chat every now and then. They in turn want to have a chat every now and then as well, and they are more likely to follow my other examples. Afterwards, duplication comes into play, and success follows.

I am lucky to have a good Sponsor and Co- Sponsor from the beginning....both of them from other countries. They do not understand African challenges, but they do understand the one word that is "key to any business": HONESTY!!!!

People, be straight with your Affiliates from the first day. SFI is not a scheme that will make money overnight. Do not place anybody under the wrong impression. Tell your affiliates this from the start.

I am in SFI for less then a year and still learning. What I can share with you so far is ONE WORD: Honesty!

Be transparent in all you do. You will see the return over time....

The key of success in this business, as we all know, is duplication.
And what is the key of duplication? I would like to be able to say: “the
sponsor (you) is the key. He has the magic formula to transform lazy, hesitant or unmotivated people into achievers and winners.” But of course it doesn’t work like that. Unfortunately my personal experience convinced me that the real magic formula each sponsor (you and me included) has, is another one: “have faith, follow the path never give up”.
Why this? Because it’s absolutely true that your success in this business depends exclusively on you and on your SERIOUS affiliates, certainly not on your lazy, hesitant or unmotivated ones.
So, if you currently have only lazy, hesitant or unmotivated affiliates and you (…and you’re not alone) don’t have any magic formula to transform them, how could you possibly build a solid and profitable team for the years to come?
There is only one possibility: don’t waste your time with them and keep sponsoring new people and let the natural selection do its job: that’s how you will start to see the good seeds germinating and blooming until you get those serious ones you’re looking for.
In nature, good germination occurs when water and oxygen are present at a favorable temperature. But, even if all conditions are good, only a percentage of seeds will germinate.
You as their sponsor, can only help to create the good conditions for them to bloom, but you can’t oblige them.
So, if you know that your goal is to find those 5 Serious affiliates with whom you will build your (and their) financial future, what are the best things you can do in order to stop losing potential commissions every month (which is much more expensive than investing some dollars in advertising every month)?

There are badges for the tasks you complete, levels of achievement with compensation or higher earnings, and the awesome feeling you get from seeing others reach their goals, learn new skills, and achieve more than they every thought they could.

Additionally, we would include the great people you meet through a2a, training materials that focus on the basics and leadership, a set of rules that give us a compass to follow, and marketing/advertising tools for online and offline use.

Full commitment was the prime mover which made the difference for me in succeeding with SFI. With full commitment I believe half the battle is won. Commitment branches out to other aspects which makes SFI business successful.

Some of these branches include goal setting, knowledge of the SFI business, setting priorities to achieve your SFI goals, sponsoring, advertising, sales, training, imparting knowledge to your downline and finally duplication.

With commitment, these branches provide a focus to make the SFI business very successful. Performance can be easily measured and compared with the goals set. Deviations can be identified and corrective action taken.

Everyone has his own strategy to success in SFI and certainly, everyone has his own way. Usually, It is a secret but sharing knowledge and experience always beneficial.

1. Patience and Consistency are the real keys to my success.

2. Another key skill to success is avoiding the negative thoughts. It is very important for me as many times I face people who just say negative things about online marketing.

3. Always keep yourself in a positive environment and be optimistic.

The ONE THING that has made the difference for me is my “Written Self Commitment Note” to my SFI business. When I join SFI, I wrote a personal commitment note for myself that I was going to stay with SFI, learn, build my business and that I will NEVER GIVE UP no matter what happens.
This little action has kept me for 11 months now and made me remain focused and determined. This has also help me to influence and build a stronger team as I always try to made them understand how important it is to made a personal commitment to oneself to succeed.
This commitment is because I trust and believe in the vision of SFI, and even though I didn’t see much result in my first month, I was always more determined to make it work. Looking back now, I am happy for making such a commitment to this awesome vision of SFI.
SFI is a great place, and as long as you are committed to it, you will certainly succeed.

So far the answers I have read, give a number of things that have made the writer successful. I believe that the ONE thing that has made the difference for me is a2a.
I was ready to give up a long time ago, but was encouraged by a special a2a friend.
I have also been given great advice from successful a2a friends, and a lot of encouragement from these friends.

As neither my sponsor nor co-sponsor ever write, the connection with a2a friends is the thing that has kept me going and helped me to persist so that I have an EA streak of 20 months. I know that with their help, encouragement and motivation, as well as my persistence, I will make a financial success of this business.

The ONE THING that makes a difference for my SFI Success is the success and advice of others, especially members of my team and other's teams.

I learn so much from other members, too. The most important thing is to never quit. Long term success is much greater than short term success.

I learn the most from members that have been active members of SFI, TripleClicks, Wave3, A2A members, ECA Store Members, and other memberships throughout SFI and TripleClicks.

Most everyone continues to earn while they learn, so that will be the best way to succeed with SFI, and as we never stop learning, we will never stop earning and being successful UNLESS we quit and stop learning and being active members of SFI.

We also should share what we learned with others to help others, especially our team members to be successful...without everyone's success then SFI cannot continue to grow, either...So, it is also important not to just grow your team but to help other team members earn, learn, teach what they have learned, and grow into a Successful SFI Member, too...
