When you initiate a chat with a new PSA remember that since they are new, they 'do not know what they do not know'.
Most of the time we are tempted to ask what questions they have and are disappointed when they don't respond. They "do not know what they do not know" but feel they should be asking a question because you are asking them. If they feel bad or pressured, you run the risk of them ending the conversation even before it has begun.
Do Not start with "Do you have any questions" because the response will likely be "no or no not yet".
Start with a warm welcome to SFI and that you are glad they are part of your team. Ask about them, for example, why did they join SFI or TripleClicks. What do they think of SFI or TripleClicks so far? Or, let me tell you what you can expect from us. Don't ask what they need from you, they do not know the answer yet.
Once you go through these basics, you can start with asking questions around the 3 Simplified Steps for building the business.
Step 1. Become an Executive Affiliate - ask them if they have set up a standing order 1500 Versa Points or if they have decided how they want to approach getting to Executive Affiliate. Tell them that is where they start making money.
Step 2. Recruit five affiliates - ask them what would they need to recruit five affiliates using the Marketing Methods listed under the Marketing Header.
Step 3. Teach your five affiliated to do the same - ask them if they understand duplication and can they teach their new affiliates to do what they are doing. Point out what you are doing with them is duplication and they will see how simple it is.
That's it. Remember while you might be able to cover this in one conversation, we would recommend you break it up in several conversations. Ask them to work on one point and ask when they want to back together.
Tip: The purpose of a conversation or communication with them is to share information and agree when you will communicate with them again. Repeat these steps each time you get together.
Follow this simple plan and yoru team will want to communicate with you. Right? Yes, Yes, Yes!
