How can I use SFI's hit tracking to make my promotions more effective?

Tracking your SFI websites is very important in order to know if your website is getting enough traffic and from where the traffic is coming from. Key codes are used on the URLs to identify where the traffic is coming from and the volume of traffic from each source. Advertising campaigns can then be adjusted to obtain optimum traffic.
PSAs, ECAs, PRMs and product sales can come from different sources for example, free classifieds, paid classifieds, personal websites co-ops and blogs etc. Having key codes zeros in on the sources of traffic and helps us to focus or adjust our campaigns accordingly to generate maximum traffic.
You can use any numerical key code greater than 0 that you wish, other than key codes in the range 1100 to 1300 which have been reserved for SFI Corporate.

Avoid coercing them. Give them the option to decide while explaining to them benefits and direct them to the page “Introducing…Fast-Track 2.0!". Be prepared to answer their questions. You got to lead by example and be a “fast-track member” yourself. If you are not a fast-track member, then do so at the earliest opportunity.

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

I came across new affiliates asking why versa points drop to zero every month. Versa points will drop to zero every month because it is going to be a fresh start every month. The versa points you earned last month has already been taken into consideration for your perks and payouts. SFI can't be paying you twice. So it is a new beginning at the beginning of the month and the points are back to zero.
The accounts are closed at the end of the month, commissions calculated for the month and payouts made around the middle of the following month.
You have to requalify for your rank every month. If there was no requalification many people would just do nothing.

The Geanalogy has many powerful features. There are many ways to use your genealogy to make you PSAs more productive and increase your earnings at SFI. Inactive affiliates can also be made active again by using the correct approach with your genealogy.
Before it’s too late sent a mail to those who are red-flagged as they have to login soon to prevent SFI account cancellation due to inactivity.
Select the appropriate filters to zero-in on the category you wish to get details or send a mail. For example: You can pull up every affiliate in your group with a specific rank.
Keep track of your Fast-Track members and those eligible for Fast-Track using the genealogy. Take appropriate action if need be.
Save your own frequent search filters by clicking the Save Current As Quickfilter button after you have executed your search.

The Affiliate Manager gives you a slew of information pertaining to the affiliates you have sponsored and your CSAs. This information can be further expanded by adding your own updates about correspondence, progress etc. How the Affiliate Manager can be best utilised is explained below.
START TAB
You can check the Start Tab to see if your affiliate has confirmed their registration, completed their Affiliate Profile and white-listed their email. If your affiliate has not done so then just send a reminder.
You can also create your “welcome” letter here. There are provisions for draft, default, preview, save and “mark as sent”.
CONTACT TAB
The Contact Tab provides the means to communicate with the affiliate by email or team mail, shows if the affiliate is online and also indicates the last login date of the affiliate. It is good to initiate an on-line chat with your affiliate to guide the affiliate on how to start at SFI.
CHECKLIST
The checklist provides you with a list of activities you need to carry out to ensure your affiliate is getting all the assistance needed to achieve his or her goals. It is advisable to go through the checklist and work with your PSAs while keeping track of their performance.
NOTES
This is where you can write short details about the communications you had with your PSA like emails sent, e-cards etc or any matter about your PSA which you want to maintain a record.
ACTIVITY
The activity covers mostly the action taken by your Affiliate in earning “action” VPs. It is important to monitor the activities carried out by your affiliate and monitor his duplication efforts. The team building process begins here and it never ends.
UPLINE
Your upline comprises your sponsor, co-sponsor and up to six Team Leaders. Keep communicating with your sponsor/co-sponsor if you need help. You can also communicate with the other Team Leaders if your sponsor or co-sponsor is not responsive.
