Duplication it's the essence of SFI.

You have two choices, MLM with important investment or little as SFI, so if you chose SFI you will invest small amounts but need to duplicate in the way this business makes interesting monthly earnings.

Duplication and Tripleclicks sales must be your target and it will work also for your downline.

I believe that the best way to show your affiliates the importance and success of duplication, is by you yourself. YOUR success will make then want to say, "hey, if she can do it, so can I." Myself, if my upline is not following their own advice, I would be hard pressed to want to follow them. but seeing all the badges and work they done, makes me think that I'd like to do the same thing. Encourage them to ask questions.

The best way to get your downline to focus on duplication is to lead by example. Low and behold, your downline is watching you and every step you make, even if they are silent; trust me, they are watching you.

The idea is to be sure you do exactly what you request of your downline, and, miraculously, actions will begin to develop through your downline. You will be surprised at your results. Do your best to always be in communication with your downline. Let them know that you are here

Our business is duplication. Our whole goal is creating a well trained team of entrepreneurs that are creating wealth for themselves.
I find that leading by example and also being very up front about what needs to be done to achieve success works very well.

Always have it in mind that your success in SFI depends on how successful your downlines are. Your downlines are your strenght and your power. They are your dowlines because they are the ones INLINE to get you up whenever you are DOWN. There success should be your major priority, every strategies to help them succeed should always be what you are looking for.

In my experience I found that sometimes explaining in great detail works for some,and leading by example has a better result. Most will follow once they see results and rewards by the processes provided. Maintain the path of duplicating the processes given and in general most will follow and be successful.

Good question.

Without learn you never earn.Now a days we are in forth generations.We are all doing online business to earn.In any on line business with out duplicating your up line/leader you never success,but one thing follow your quality up growing up line/leader.
In a traditional business you spare in your time minimum 10 to 15 hours /day.But here it is multiply because you grow if your down line growing.

It's simple. You have to tell them that more members in their team who qualify monthly as an EA, BTL etc., bring them more commissions. Also, there are actually 2 main steps only to focus on, in SFI, in spite of the so many pages to read: to do your daily actions and obtain more and more people in your team.

Simply ask them how much they want to make each month. Then ask them to multiply it by 5.
Explain that they have LEVERAGE if they duplicate i.e. there are potentially 5 people working for them whether they are asleep or awake.
If they cant see how that is good then I fear this may not be the business for them!!

First things first! I fully understood your situation being a Sponsor of a Team myself.
I suggest that before explaining to them the importance of duplication, we have to do
our responsibility also as a Sponsor.

As a Sponsor, it is our primary duty not only to teach our Affiliates the techniques
and strategies of the SFI program but we have to continually cheer them on and motivate
them by sending inspirational messages and our best TIPS for the success of their SFI
