In building your team you have to make your affiliates feel that they are a part of something larger than themselves.You have to consistently communicate with your team so that they will feel and know that you are always there to support them. Yes we use the genealogy, email and message board.

However, it is in our nature to do better when we are openly congratulated. Always openly congratulate their efforts and achievements on the STREAM post and invite them to post comments here

Nice question

Well to build a strong team the first thing comes in Mind is Strong Team leader.

A team can never become strong unless and until its having a strong team leader.A good
team leader should have qualities like honesty,ability to delegate,communication,
sense of humour,confidence and commitment.

Initially for building a strong team you should go for team whom trust i.e. your family,friend,colleagues whom you can help out to understand this business.

Hi Filip, What a great question.The team building aspect of SFI and TripleClicks is obtained through knowledge of how the company works. Spending quality time teaching your team how the system works gives those individuals the confidence they need to succeed.

Just be one of the "guys," a team player that helps everybody along. Not someone who picks on the faults, but someone who notices the good in each person and builds on that. You must be an encourager and help bring out the best in people. Everyone already wants something better, we just need to show them how to achieve what they are here for.

These four words, work with the workers comes to mind as the best way to build a team. If you have a small downline, look for those who are doing their todo list and launchpad lessons. You can do this by using the greater than and lesser than symbols. (>) or (<) to find those who have less than or more than 1500 VP.

Also remember that no more than two out of every 100 people will succeed in any business opportunity, so you have to advertise for as many as possible every single day

Being successful in any business is more about attitude than anything else. People are motivated in different ways and by different things. Thanks for asking this sensible question.

How to build and duplicate your team is already mentioned in SFI training. But these are my inputs to your question.

A person will accept someone as a 'Leader' and follow him, only when he/she is superior (in terms of knowledge, supportive, vision, professionalism, etc.) than himself.

Having said that, if you want to build a strong team (of Leaders), first focus on developing yourself as a Leader by improving your key skills.

OK...I will add my piece of wisdom to this brilliant question:

Firstly,
Acknowledge that YOU ARE A BUSINESS WITH A TEAM...and GET buy-in from your TEAM Members
- make sure that ALL including your PSA's AND your CSA's know that they are in a Team (if possible highlight who the Team members are)
- highlight the TASKS of the TEAM (even if it includes doing their daily tasks) and FOLLOW-UP on completed tasks by asking via the Mailer if All are on the same page

Team stands for Teach, Experience, Action, Motivation

Teach: teach your downline to duplicate what you do, Daily Actions, Weekly and Momnthly Actions are standard, everyone that wants to succed should be doing it. Teach them how to do research, ie: send them links to read, or a brief description, on the subject, and teach them to do the same to their downline
