Before approaching a potential business partner I made a commitment to be more tolerant and flexible, and recognize that everyone has a different point of view. Whenever I can, I think about how lucky I’m to be educated and have a business. If you do so you'll notice an improvement in your attitude overnight, without any changes in your business.
Exemple:
Potential partner: This company sucks. This is how to repay all my hard work ? This business has no future !
In my mind, I translate his comment: The economy is pretty bad right now. At least I have a business. Not everyone takes risks in this period ! Maybe one day he’ll considered that is a great opportunity for him.
I reply : It's okay, if you ever seek an opportunity without risk, please call me.
I'm not trying to convince him,I respect his point of view.
Now the path :
Most of us spend time obsessing about the past, the future and how we’re going to succeed in business world. What if we reconized that every moment or every person is potentially satisfying and inspiring in and of itself ? What if we could shut out negativity by becoming deeply involved in everything we do, every day?
So, for beginning, you have to set 2-3 personal goals that will have the biggest impact on your development as an entrepreneur. This will be an impact visible and measurable by everyone which interact with you ! As I like to say: Nothing has changed from what I said before, all turned because of what they understood.
