What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

Hi Filip, What a great question. The team building aspect of SFI and TripleClicks is obtained through knowledge of how the company works. Spending quality time teaching your team how the system works gives those individuals the confidence they need to succeed.
This sounds easy enough; however, one must venture into reading up on the different aspects of our company before they can in turn share that information with their own set of confidences. The greatest tool we have in SFI is the wealth of learning structures from the internet marketing courses to the "Things To Do" list. Each has its own value and it is up to the Team Leader to learn this knowledge so that he or she may pass on the same information.
Once you have gained the teams respect that you are truly here for their interest, and have helped them to work toward their goals, you in turn will have created an optimal team atmosphere. If you literally follow the Twenty Rules of Success, you will in turn create the necessary atmosphere within your team....to have true team spirit!!

If you were asked to make a presentation about SFI to an organization, what would you tell them about SFI?

One of the better aspects of Gery Carson and the SFI team is that they have built a database of information over the years that is unique and cannot really be compared to any other in a relative business. The lessons learned through using the Twenty Rules of Success, or completing the multitude of training databases, would allow any business to flourish; however, it is designed to better arm our affiliates with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Having said that, were I asked to make a presentation about SFI to an organization I would tell them that SFI is an opportunity to own your own business and that "we strongly believe in making sure our affiliates have the training and information needed to build profitable businesses—after all, we succeed only when you do" (Carson, 2013).
I would not leave out anything about the company's past, because the past was the building blocks used to make SFI the Strong Future International company that it is today and will be in the years to come.

What is a good letter that I can send to potential affiliates who desire to know more about SFI?

I think Gery answers this question quite exactly when he alludes to the fact that we need to show our new affiliates that we care about them, that we understand them, and that we want them to succeed. The same can be said about a letter to a perspective affiliate. Take the time to write your letter from your heart.
The wrong answer is to write a standard letter that you would send in an auto-responder. A letter you write from the heart will show your perspective affiliate that they will be working with someone that will stand beside them while they embark upon this new venture they are contemplating.
What you write is not as important as how it is written. Write what you believe and believe every bit of what you write, because if you don't....that person will be inactive in no time. On my leadership page, my best suggestion includes studying the system and all the training allotted to us through the system; because, the more you know about the system, the easier it is to teach your down-line the same.

I want to use an autoresponder on my website. What information do I need to provide to potential Affiliates in follow-up emails?

Hi Jelena, Great question and although I've never used an autoresponder, I've read plenty of messages created for them. There is a theme with every autoresponder so you must make sure you are keeping with whatever the theme is for it's use.
Each theme is determined by you. If you are going to use the autoresponder to answer one time immediately upon getting a response from an affiliate then you absolutely want to include pertinent information for joining; to include your landing site address to join. You also want to supply your reader with an alternative to get more information.
The more information could be a link that would send the reader to another batch of autoresponding messages, each keeping with the theme of "more information" with regard to helping the reader decide to come aboard.
Regardless, you will want your reader to feel like he or she will be part of the team, welcome, and not alone in his or her new adventure with you. Always keep your information factual, and use words like "we, us, together", as opposed to "you, alone, by yourself". I wish you all the best with your autoresponder. Have fun with it!!!

What's the best way to target my advertising to certain groups of people?

Hi Rebecca,
There are so many features to this company, and so many opportunities outside of you own front door, trying to figure out where to start is always the hardest part, or at least it was with me. During my first few days with the company I studied this program like I was cramming for a test...I was a sponge, just sopping up the information. I remembered a saying I read in #13 of the 20 Rules of Success (https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSFocus) which states "You cannot become successful in anything when you're trying to do too many things at once. As they say, chase two rabbits and you'll catch neither" (Carson, 2013). I read this to tell me to stay focused on one thing.
I've used this approach, and I just started with SFI this Month, and I've focused on recruiting ECA's with my target advertising being email letters. I am using a letter that I wrote and had approved through SFI to use as advertising and so far in three weeks I have two full fledged ECA's with 4 more in the works.
Focusing your efforts will work, but you must be diligent, regardless if you are part-time in this business or full-time. The Tip of the Day today says, "Time is the most valuable currency you can have. Invest it wisely and you will prosper" (Bronze Team Leader Tresvan Cain, 2013). I completely agree. Focus, be diligent, and prosper!!

How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?

I love this question because it is the catch 22 of our existence. There is no right answer and there is no wrong answer about what you can or should tell someone about SFI when asked.
However, having said that, I will tell you this, if you are passionate about what you are doing, your excitement about the business will shine through to the person you are talking to about SFI.
Also, the more you know about the business, the easier it will be to talk about it, so study study study (https://www.sfimg.com/Training/InternetIncome)
If you believe and follow the rules to success as written by our President Gery Carson, you will have the confidence that comes with every successful entrepreneur. (https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/Index)
And last but not least, always let that person know that they will have the best thing about any business.....They get to work with you!!!!! Keep smiling!!!

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

Financially challenged probably encompasses the better portion of us in SFI and that is what makes our company so awesome. You see, we have so many options to grow our business without money. It is free to offer our opportunity for businesses to sell their wares as an E-Commerce Associate (ECA); thereby allowing the referring affiliate the opportunity to earn royalties from that business for life. FOR EVER!!! Go to a business in your town that sells anything we allow and just follow the script at https://www.sfimg.com/Training/ECAStrategies
It costs nothing to distribute these very professional fliers:
https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/RefFlyers
As well, there are so many more ideas that are cost effective under our Marketing tab on our SFI website. The financially challenged, who are serious about their business, are more likely to succeed because they will stick to the basics of this business, and it is the basics that enable this company to be as great and big as it is today.
My best advice to anyone thinking they need money to succeed in this business is to work your training first. There is so much learned information in our training areas that will teach you how to work this business without money. Then once a little money starts to come in, capitalize on it by using it wisely...as you will learn in that training I mentioned!!!!

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?
John Beattie, Aff (New hampshire, US)

This business is for anyone!!! "Knowing a person" should never disqualify him or her as someone to recruit. As a matter of fact, there is no one you should disqualify as a possible recruit.
However, I will say this about your warm market...or those individuals with whom are your family members and peers...you will be more successful at recruiting them if you are truly working your business.
A great example is E-Commerce Associates (ECA). Taking the time necessary to obtain a few ECA stores for your website will illustrate to your warm market that the business is working for you. ECA stores are so very easy to acquire and promote. Do you realize that if you go to the ECA tab and scroll down a little, there is a rotating list of ECA stores there. Click on any ECA, connect with that ECA, and use the link at the bottom of the page to promote what they sell. Each person who clicks on that link and signs up to purchase something from that ECA will be a TripleClicks Affiliate of yours. Everything that person buys will be money in your bank!!!! Once a family member sees that happening with you, most of them won't wait for you to ask them to join, they'll be asking you, "How did you make all that money online?"
The Marketing tab on your website has so much information and sooooo many ways to increase your income here.

What's the difference between being an SFI affiliate and having a traditional business, and which is better?

Affiliate since: 07/14/2000, Power Rank: 99999999
This is a very good question and one that I asked when I joined. The answer I got was that I am comparing apples to oranges. SFI is not like any other business. First and foremost, one can work from the privacy of his or her own home with SFI, while a conventional business most always requires leaving home and going to work in an actual establishment away from home.
With SFI you have no stock to maintain, no payroll to worry about, and no employees. With SFI you have a website, multiple forms of income, and 100's of thousands of people just waiting to be affiliates. All you have to do is invite them, teach them the system, and enjoy a residual income for the rest of your life.
Being an SFI affiliate does not require sunlight to succeed and you don't have to worry about whether or not the open sign is turned on. Inclement weather does not stop business as an SFI affiliate. The only requirement is the desire to succeed, some assembly required, batteries not included!!! ;-)

This is a great question because it allows our members to show the true attributes of SFI and TripleClicks. Our company is so diverse that anyone can be successful, no matter where they live. Whether you are in Africa or Asia, South America or North America all our tools are available.
A really inexpensive way to start is to go to friends and family to let them in on what your new company has to offer; however, I really like the TripleClick Gift Cards. Each gift card is a nice quality hard plastic gift card that can be purchased in packs of 30 for just .99 each. Less than $30 a month in advertising. Pass one out a day!!
