A good question and might have different answers as per individual point of view but as a whole will definitely bring a lot of ideas for every one (Old affiliates and as well as new).
“There is no age and limitation for learning “
The first question is coming in my mind that after getting the above question that“why we should reassign PSA’s to down line?
There might be several reasons.
1) 1st Point------We got enough PSAs and don’t have sufficient time to take care

As a team leader, the moment you have five active PSAs, it's time to broaden your team.

why?

The Deeper the better. I'll rather have five PSAs who have five PSAs who in turn have five PSAs than have fifteen generation one PSAs. It is only in this way that you can build real residual income because you will easily build team leaders within your team.

Once that is settled, you can reassign PSAs to your workers based on country of residence, language, level of effectiveness

Well as I think you should be able to decide when to reassign your PSA's to your most hard working Affiliate.

For example in your down line:-

1. Affiliate reaches a EA status assign the affiliate three of your PSA's .(or more depends of how many do you think you can afford to reassign)

2. Affiliate reaches an EA2 status assign the affiliate five of your PSA's.(or more depends of how many do you think you can afford to reassign)

3. Affiliate reaches a

One important point regarding coaching is how to judge people re-assignement.
When Buying a S-Builder Co-op Unit we may not have a very heterogeneous situation of referrals, when english speaking is paramount and declared (but not proved).

Before doing any action, that mostly is not reversable once you have done an assignement, a Team Leader should have some referrals data available.

1) EAs report with indication of emailing and followup activity.

2) Mother

Thank you for this question. As I pondered on how to best approach providing an answer, my mindset kept returning to that the real question really should not be as much about quantity as quality.

Quality can be found on both ends when considering the reassignment of PSAs to a member of your downline. The usual and most common questions we ask ourselves are “Is my downline member active? Will he/she appreciate the gift I am offering and actively work with the reassigned PSA?” As a dedicated

Hi, Short answer!

There is no enough PSA's as such. Also there is no end to it provided you must have active PSA's to improve and build the business along with them.

As there is no limitation to reassign PSA's to your down line you can re-assign as much as you wish minimum should be 2. You will come across active PSA on your "Movers" you can reassign who are active there through genealogy.

Actually, there is no end, in order to motivate and keep in contact

The How When and Whom of reassignment of affiliates to your PSA's should be determined by your business model however we aften get to Team leader before we realise that and in our innocent attempts at duplication we can gather many seemingly inactive and non performing PSAs.

The reasons that we reassign is to create excitement and depth and I personally reassign so that my frontline of PSAs are active, committed and switched on, for me to retain you as a PSA you have to fast track, qualify

This is a good question :)!

Well ... in my opinion never you'll have enough PSA's but you can reassign to your downline when you'll wish!

You will decide that moment :)!

It very important to motivate your downline giving them some prizes like PSA'S, TC'S or other things but it's important that you also have a good team.

Try to check every time what your downline needs because in that way you can help your team ! It important to sustain your team to create

You have enough when you have 2 people. 1 to re-assign, and 1 to receive the re-assigned member.

I think you first have to answer the question of why you would want to re-assign people. Is it because you're being lazy? Or you bought a bunch of signups and don't know what to do with them? Or are you looking to help those people?

If you approach re-assignment as something to help you to make money, then it will probably backfire on you.

If you re-assign people

First of all Congratulations on becoming a New Team Leader.

My suggestion is to invest and recruit, recruit, and recruit again; it’s a numbers game. There is no "enough" in PSAs. The average dropout rate is 86% for MLM marketing. So, out of 100 PSAs, that leaves you 14.

Building a strong PSA downline is not easy and it is harder to keep people than it is to recruit them.

Keeping you PSAs will give you more time to increase your knowledge and experience
