The How When and Whom of reassignment of affiliates to your PSA's should be determined by your business model however we aften get to Team leader before we realise that and in our innocent attempts at duplication we can gather many seemingly inactive and non performing PSAs.
The reasons that we reassign is to create excitement and depth and I personally reassign so that my frontline of PSAs are active,committed and switched on, for me to retain you as a PSA you have to fast track, qualify in your first month and requalify every month there after.
Communication is essential I am refashioning all my communication so that an Affiliate knows from the get go that they are welcomed into a team and that that team has focus and a goal and everyone has the availabilty of all the team knowledge at all times but if they come into my personal line I will only retain those who perform to a standard or they will be reassigned to someone whom I have chosen to coach to PTL.
My frontline I encourage and support, with the goal that they will all be income earning, at significant levels, within six months and I expect their personal goals to be PTL. I began sponsoring amongst my friends and family who had significant dreams and needs so the drive was there but the excitement needed to be lifted.
Then I began working with PSAs derived from internet marketing and had to stop myself from thinking I was flogging a dead horse. Then it all clicked but I was working with a broad and non-productive front line and the statistics where bleak.
I am currently reassigning to create depth but the response is heartening and we all know if we do something to a plan and communicate the benefit to each and every reassigned affiliate and to each and every PSA recipient and they will respond positively.
I was heartened to find many different opinions, concepts and methods of reassignment in the Forum. Bearing in mind the reassignment process is easily managed through the Reassignment Manager the planning and communication takes time.
So in precis; your concept of your business should drive you reassignment and should be done to meet your business needs and goals. The communication necessary to inform and encourage must be done before the reassignments occur to prevent any negative reaction from those reassigned.
