A good question and might have different answers as per individual point of view but as a whole will definitely bring a lot of ideas for every one (Old affiliates and as well as new).

The first question is coming in my mind that after getting the above question that“why we should reassign PSA’s to down line?
There might be several reasons.
1) 1st Point------We got enough PSAs and don’t have sufficient time to take care of them like giving personal assistance to each one, sending daily bulletin etc.
• At this time it is a good idea to reassign them to a Good hard working person in your down line; otherwise they will lose their interest in SFI Business and will be loss for everyone.
2) 2nd we can reward some hardworking down line team member by assigning some good PSAs to them, which will motivate them to put some more efforts.
3) We can reassign PSAs who doesn't belong to your Time zone, to your down line person who is residing in the same Time Zone. This might give good result.
4) We can reassign PSAs who doesn't belong to your region or don’t have same language, to the person in your down line who is in the same region or knows same language.
This way we can ease our task and our team can grow fast and might be beneficial for everyone.
