One of the most important piece of this business is TripleClicks ECA's.
I have a few steps I follow in order to refer a new ECAS:
First I meet with the owner in order to check their products, availability, quality, etc.
Next I check their web page, if the have one.
After reviewing and explaining how ECA program works I refer them.
One thing I emphasized is documents they should supply, in order to be approved faster.
As soon as I receive my notification of pre approval I contact them to see if they need any further assistance, I guide them step by step through the listing of their products. I recommend to list one at first.
One product would allow them to test all the backlinks and the advertising on different sites, in order to establish the proper follow up procedures.
After that if everything is working properly, I send emails to my team letting them know we have a new ECA store available.
I promote the store's products through Facebook, Twitter, Exchange links etc.
I keep in touch with ECA's reps. in order to follow their performance and grab their feelings about the program.
Every time they list a new program I go over with promotion and tell my complete genealogy about it.
I am a newcomer in this business, I join in January 2th. but it has worked, and we are satisfied with results.
