What are the best ways to recruit good, new affiliates?

Every new affiliate is potentially good. Ways to newly registered to the various contributors come. However, to know whether it is good, we can only after some time. First moves after registration, tells much. Such a conclusion can be made relatively quickly.
Rare are those who start working immediately with the understanding and commitment. For those associates we can say that they are real pearls, or diamonds. They are rare and usually the result of pure luck. But if you're not looking for, and you do not try, you can not hope to happy outcome.
The most potentially valuable affilieta are in specialized marketing groups on various social networks, but there is also a big researcher competition. A lot of different offers is on. Certainly not the best way to get a great number of affiliates, but it is the best possible way to get educated, and motivated associates.
I think also, that a good affiliate is every one who is willing to work and learn and accept that this is a business in the long run and it requires patience and every day improving.
These can be found in your nearby environment or by advertising, and it is not necessary to be experienced ones, and successful.
It is important to give same care in the to every associate and treat them like best potential. Start of cooperation is the most important and often crucial to success. Source they come from is less important.

How do you help a new ECA you've referred to start faster, get his/her products listed, and stay active?

ECA program is a remarkable project that offers the most convenient way to advertise and sell products throughout the world. The conditions of eligibility and registration are simple and do not need complicated administration or payment in advance. Such conditions provide an opportunity to easily achieve the interest of potential customers.
The most important thing about Establishing a relationship with the client, is trust. In the beginning, most time I use to explain the security of business and to develop the idea of prosperity and development in the future.
Next is to offer my help and advice during the registration of products, and initial marketing.
The most crucial part is to help them get sales as this is the only thing that will keep them active. Therefore, special attention is paid to their ECA Promotion link to my contacts, a2a friends and SFI team.
Helping them promote the ECA store on various ad sites, some of which are Classified ad sites, Facebook, Twitter, Linked in, Pinterest and increase my earnings potential.

How would you convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business?

I should try to find the real reason for the withdrawal and to solve doubts, if any.
It is not always easy, but if you discover the real cause, then perhaps you may succeed. Often, this is fear of the unknown.
Increasing confidence is mostly best drug for that.
After another offer to help and explain the benefits of this job, I get focused energy toward finding new members.
I would not have worked hard and tried to convince affilieta not to abandon the SFI, especially if reason is negative attitude.
It is losing time, and good energy.
I think that all offers are not welcome for all and everyone should respect everyone's choice. We are all different and have different preferences. Taking no as an answer is best policy sometimes, and opens new perspectives.
You certainly have to leave door open for further cooperation, and try to materialize your success and re-motivate if there is a chance, but only by the way.
Your success have no time to lose.

What are the best OFFLINE marketing tools you've found for recruiting new SFI affiliates?

I'm not sure that Guerrilla marketing is the best way for the marketing of SFI work,and TripleClicks store, at least not in my country. It's always best straight recommendations or personal contacts that occur daily.
With regard to electronic literacy of individuals, it is necessary and personal instruction and multiple detail explanation.
So, I think that the best way to head directly, face in face, on on one.
This especially applies to the recommendation of the ECA store. As a great way of marketing and selling products, the risk of sending the offer by email or link expected to be sufficient for the decision, is great.
Many offer a variety of email and spam, is not given the opportunity to seriously consider such a valuable and offer better personal contacts to get the opportunity to develop the understanding and confidence of potential ECA client.
The advantage provided by the spoken word vith confidence, and the opportunity to quickly respond to the questions and doubts that are detected, and the reasons for the refusal, is immensely greater than the on-line contact.
So, I think that a direct contact, although limited in scope, and is still needed an effective way to offer and the best second way.

Is it better to promote SFI to friends and family...or to strangers?

It looks easier to promote to family and friends first, but it is not. Specialy in country where you come from.
Family know you long time, and have oppinion about your previous work, skills etc. So , they have problem to see you in new and different light, in diferent work, strange world for them. It is hard for them to belive you in success. They need time to watch you first and they will wait for your success first. Even then they are not sure and often refuse to try.
Similarly with friends. Closer friend makes more difficult and uncertain. The only good way is to ask friends if they have any of their friends who would be interested in new business opportunities and success in business. Indirectly, it may interest them to hear what it is about. Even then do not exspect much.
Complete stranger has no preconceived notions and not burdened with your previous experience and he will bind immediately to the idea, if it's good promoted. Mostly they will be attracted by your enthusiasm and sincerity. They will recognize honesty in your approach and they can join easily.
My advise, go with strangers first, and latter maybe, with pocket full of money ask your closest to drink coffe and have small chat with you.

Since reading is so important to success, what book would be your #1 recommendation to SFI members and why?

I read a lot of books on marketing and self-motivation, but in my opinion, Robert Kiyosaki is author who left the greatest impression on me and my work. I strongly recommend all his work but especially his book "Rich Dad Poor Dad."
Encounter with this mind oppening book for me was the 'eye opening' 'downloading mist from the eyes', and understanding of monetary ?????????, ? cash flow.
It was a great relief to find and get answers to some basic questions and dilemmas and to understand the mistakes that I have made ??before. The whole system of my thoughts about the world around me be radically changed.
With these changes I stepped into a whole new world of work and earning.
Later I read his other books, and I follow his work on Facebook group.

SFI has perhaps the best free school internet marketing, including advertising. Besides, Google search can take you to innumerable sites, schools, and marketing gurus that deal with it.
There are a lot of marketing, advertising and social networks that discuss about it. It requires a lot of time, so that a beginner can get lost in it.
However, personal experience and daily work is the best teacher.
Has anyone used Skype or other video chat service with their team members...and was it effective?

Yes, I am using Skype service a lot in comunication with my team, when ever I can. I have very good experience with it.
It is much effective and faster way of helping new ones, and better motivating old members.
Skype Sharing Scren tool is very usefull and helps a lot in the begining, when new affiliate is not prepare to follow SFI To Do List, or Daily Actions, or for making Fast Track.
Being a live person in team members eyes, and sharing best tips and motivation goals is key in this job.
With Skyp service it is fast, interesting and free of charge.

Paradoxically, the best way to get your PSAs sponsor to submit a rating and comment on how you're doing is to be a good sponsor. Or bad one.
There is a motive which team is to provide an assessment, and give their rating and from this month, coment. These are the points that they can win, but it is not the decisive reason for the rating.
Motivation is what leads them to action, and it depends on the Team Leader. Quality leader may act by self example, regular communication and education.
If the Associate is well built, well-based knowledge, rating of his sponsors he would be an assignment that will gladly comply. This is the goal that a good team leader reaches working hard and dedicated.
Another way to increase the number of poor grades is to leave your associates without communication, to send too many messages to be aggressive in communication, to do bad conduct and poor management of your team.
It certainly should be avoided.
Positive, friendly, diplomatic approach, hard work with Associate, collaboration from the start, giving the best results, the highest ratings.

What is the best method to attract and convince people to join SFI?

Every person have different motivation for accessing in new job. Finding key motivation point, and expectation is most important for understanding new affiliate needs. My task is not to convince people, but to support that expectations and help them with my personal example and experience.
It is important not to promise what is impossible. Making fast big money is not possible in SFI at a begining, so that is not something what I'll offer as first and main value.
Instead, it should be noted long-term value as education, permanent income, development of the serious incomes through the development of a large group of consumers and associates.
The share in great world market free is what SFI offers. Participation in large global market, without giving cash at the beginning of work and learning, is challenging, and almost always tempting for all.
