I must have enough time available to create a foundation of good and real relationship with my downline who have interest to work with me in SFI. I have to reverse their mind as it is always for the newbie entrepreneurs coming to the Internet looking for quick money telling them the truth about SFI. For example I will say to them that SFI is not another ''quick scheme'' money maker program online that you are looking for here. But, it is a real and legal business model to profit from. And you must know that every legal business rather it is offline or online, requires hard work in the beginning before expecting the season of harvest. You, as the owner of this business (SFI) are the sole responsible to determine the success or failure according to the quality of seed you are sowing and investing in this business every day. The number one factor that helps motivate your affiliates starts with something extremely basic. That something is simply always being available to answer any questions or concerns they may have. And when I say always, I mean you have got to be available at least 12 hours a day for them. Sounds hard? Not at all! Technology has evolved so much that you can log in on your Skype, gmail, yahoo, facebook, twitter and what not directly on your mobile device. So when I say at least 12 hours a day, I don't mean you have to stare at your PC for that amount of hours. All you need to do is log in to your respective social networking applications using your mobile devices (cellphones / laptops / tablets / etc.). That way, you are making yourself available to your affiliates and that allows for great sponsor to affiliate interaction. Building relationships on the internet is tough as it is, so doing this helps break that barrier. And you must remember to give your affiliates your contact information (gmail address, Skype ID, etc.). Afterall, what good is always being online if they don't know your credentials right?

Another great way to motivate your affiliates is rewarding them with free stuff. Don't have enough cash? No Problem! There are tons of great E-Books on Tripleclicks that are just worth a dollar! Very wallet friendly and a great bonus gift to your affiliates who achieve EA / TL status. Give them an E-Book that will help their business and they will appreciate the sentiment.

At the end of the day, the best way to motivate affiliates is to treat them with respect and build a strong relationship. However, only use team mail for CSAs - their actual referrer is the one who should be motivating them.

BE WARNED: Many of the top enrollers use 'guaranteed referral programs' where people get paid between $0.10 and $0.50 to sign up, members found this way we generally be inactive. Whatever you do to motivate will be a waste of time, they won't even see your message. Of course, being a top enroller has the benefit of guaranteeing BTL status.

The question is definitely of prime importance and brainstorming on this issue would open new windows of opportunities. I think the motivation for downline team members is to keep continuous contact with them and provide technical support as well as encouraging their work. Moreover different incentives also motivate the team members. Respecting the ideas of team members and appreciating their efforts also create a sense of responsibility in the downline team members.

Every man who has decided to join the SFI, was bewildered at the start, and very often can not cope. Support and motivation sponsor important in order to secure he felt. If downline know they have a real person who is genuinely willing to help, who knows how to motivate, to become friends, which allowed to know, that it leads to the crux of the SFI does not work instead, but learning where to find essential items for work, the tool to use, sponsor knows how to hold the attention of a downline, such member becomes really focused on SFI, it becomes a valuable contributor, who knows how to motivate its future members, using duplication.
Of course, do not expect that this is easy to do. Each new member is different. Sponsor must be found for each new member how to cooperate with him.

The ways to motivate are :-
1)Communicate as often as possible with your down line .
2)Guide,teach & help them to succeed in their SFI business.
3)Set up competition and rewad them as you desire.
4)The hard working downline get gifts, may be you can inform them as per your desire.
5)Appreciate all their acivements.
6)At least thank them in all their winnings.
7)Above all lead by example as an awesome sponsor.

After Welcoming them I send them a message on "HOW TO EARN MORE VERSA POINTS?" as follows:

" I wanted to share some FREE ways to get the points needed to become an EA or Team Leader. Many of us have already used the points for the training material, etc. that garner lots of points, BUT here are some other ways.
1. Every day you can earn 10 VP for a total of 300 points in a 30 day month just by doing the following:

Click on your "to-do list" tab on your SFI homepage and after reviewing the information on it, click on the rectangle at the bottom "I have reviewed this information" to receive one point.
Do the same for the "tips" tab, "stream" tab, "tripleclicks" tab, "scoreboard" tab, "a2a" movers, "movers" tab, and "growth" tab to get one point each.
Click on "the latest items at tripleclicks" link under your "to-do list" tab to receive 2 points each day.
All of the above actions total 10 easy Versa points that you can get each day meaning you get 300 points IF you do this each day in a 30 day month. :-)

2. Get 35 points each week for a total of 140 points a month by doing the following:

Click on the link "your Tconnect page" under the "weekly actions" under your "to-do list" tab once a week to earn 5 points. I usually do this either Sunday or Monday each week.

Go to "Hot Spots" on your SFI homepage and then go to "genealogy". Click on "Send an e-mail/TeamMail to this group" to send a weekly message to your downline and get 30 points each week. Do this also on Sunday or Monday each week. Also use this opportunity to share helpful tips and hints.

3. Once a month click on "submit ratings" under "monthly actions" under your "to-do list" tab to recieve 10 points each month.
So far, ALL of the above actions give you 450 easy points. To become an EA you need 1050 more points.

4.
