Yes i have used it many times and i am happy to say that i always got good results.
But the main thing is how and when to use it.

My answer is: Never! There could be a number of reasons why CSAs are not responding to our messages or remain inactive since joining. Sometimes it is due to lack of resources on their part and not owning a personal computer is the problem most have to face. We'll never know the real reason that's why it's important we should not give up in reaching out to them.

I tried Several times so far I never won any
But I am still studying.
1. If you can monitor bid without bidding.
2. Then Bidding normally between two bidders and goes only up to 15 seconds.Then You can start bidding.
3. Also time and day is very important I found that most of the bidding winners get cheaper winning price in Odd hours.
