Welcome and communicate with the new affiliate. Guide them to accumulate VERSA points
say 500 within 24 Hrs of joining and how to achieve 1500 VERSA points to become EA and then make efforts to develop their down line. Every one cannot buy or invest. Encourage the new affiliate not to give up. LAUNCHPAD & BASICS lessons will help them and further familiarise SFI functions by more involvement.The EA benefits will be there if they can maintain it and guide them as and when they communicate with the sponsor. In short create interest and success in his SFI business entrepreneurship.

What is your best way to motivate your downline?

The ways to motivate are :-
1)Communicate as often as possible with your down line .
2)Guide,teach & help them to succeed in their SFI business.
3)Set up competition and rewad them as you desire.
4)The hard working downline get gifts, may be you can inform them as per your desire.
5)Appreciate all their acivements.
6)At least thank them in all their winnings.
7)Above all lead by example as an awesome sponsor.

THE BEST GOAL TO ACHIEVE IN 2013 AT SFI IS TO HAVE A PLAN TO RETAIN , MOTIVATE NEW AFFILIATES TO PARTICIPATE IN SFI ACTIVITIES AND TAKE SFI TO GREAT HEIGHTS.
I FEEL THIS SHOULD BE THE PRIME GOAL AS WE ALL SEE DROP OUT PERCENTAGE IS HIGH AND NEED TO REDUCE THIS BY SUITABLE SCHEME OR PLAN TO BE DEVISED BY SFI CORPORATE.
How would you go about organizing a seminar to introduce new, high-quality SFI affiliates?

A good question.
We the sponsor can organize a web-liner type conference for the group seminar. This can motivate,guide and also conduct team lesson on SFI topics for good & fast understanding.
The seminar participants can ask questions and the seminar leaders can answer to the group.
