This is a great question to which my answer is consistency.

There is a saying that "the race is not given to the swift but to the strong" and that has been my experience literally as an e365 champion. I remember from the first day that I joined SFI. All I wanted to do was to stay above the green line. I wasn't even thinking about being an E365 champion; all I wanted to do was to make it to the next round. That was until I became an EA. So here is what I did.

1. Stay above the green line. You first have to make it to being an E365 finalist. This can be done by completing your to-do list on a daily basis, shopping at tripleclicks. Etc just any action that will earn you VP

2. Become an EA and maintaining a EA status or high

3. Make sure that you re-qualify for the next month as an EA or higher

4. Get on standing order

5. Try to win auction that will give you re-occurring VP points. I.e. IAHBE 3 month subscription will give you a total of 4500VP for the 3 months in addition to your standing order.


Just remember that in order to become an E365 class champion you have to have the most Versa points at the end of the 12 months after becoming an E365 finalist.

Since the VP for one time action points are the VP that don't expire after 180 days, maybe spending time learning on your SFI Business and growing your Team within that first 180 day period is a best approach.

Logging in daily and completing your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tasks can ensure you will also get the most available VP for each month, so getting into the habit of logging in daily can help you achieve the most free VP accumulation.

You can continue to actively recruit after the 180 day period while also focusing on assisting your current and growing team, they will also provide you with some ongoing VP needed to attain E365 Championship. Purchasing T-Credits, and other products that payout high VP per purchased item; bidding in PriceBender auctions can also help you achieve this, your allowed a maximum of 500 VP per month from auction bids; you need to have the most VP in your class in order to win the E365 Championship, so attempting to keep on top of your counterparts during the last 180 days seems of significant importance.

Your SFI Class is all the people who join SFI on the same day you joined. One year from that day, there will be an E365 Champion for your Class. Who will be the winner? The one with the most VP on the first anniversary date.

If you are the only one left after one year, then maybe 1500 VP would be enough. But that would not be realistic. Since the contest started, many more people are eager to learn the business and become the E365 Champion for their Class.

So if you want to win, your strategy is to know how your Class is progressing in regard to the contest for your Class. Look for the Entrepreneur365 choice under Leadership for the SFI menu bar. Check that out regularly to see where you stand. Then determine if you can make purchases or grow your Team to reach Team Leader ranks to stay on top.

It is important to know that VP expire the same for everyone, and that needs to be taken into account when planning to be at the top on day 365.

To recap, your strategy needs include knowing where you stand in relationship to your Class (the Green Line), and how many VP you will have on the last day of the contest.

I believe there is no one best strategy, while the common strategies used in building up your SFI business applies, your competitors are those within your class and you have to keep a close eye on them and act accordingly to maintain a comfortable lead in versa points. However, if you stick to the following as illustrated below you can maintain the edge and become an E365 Champion.

GETTING STARTED
Start getting familiar with the getting started aspects from day one by reading and understanding the contents in these tabs namely START, SFI BASICS, LAUNCHPAD.

TO-DO LIST
Work on the TO-DO List everyday and in the process read the tips, streams and other details.

DUPLICATION
Duplication is the key to winning the E365 championship. Employ the duplication efforts of your sponsor to build your downline and get the message across to all your team members down the line.

BE AN AWESOME SPONSOR
Here again the duplication and communication aspects is important. Provide for effective communications with your team using with weekly newsletters via PSA mailer, CSA Mailer, Group Mailer in your Genealogy etc.

FORUM
Visit the SFI forum everyday and learn from the questions and answers. Get you team to do them same.

ASK SC
Participate in the ASK SC by answering the questions and read the top author’s answers and apply them in your business.

GREEN LINE
Bear in mind the rules “stay above the green line and you advance to the next round”. The sixth and final round begins on the 31st day and to win the E365 challenge you simply need to accumulate the most VP in your class by the end of the 365th day.

Complete your To-Do List daily, complete Launchpad Lessons, set up and maintain a Standing Order each month. Additionally, purchase and obtain sells of TripleClicks products. Recruit initially,at least five (5) individuals within driving distance of your home in order to provide training and support to all five. Train those five to sponsor five (5) and train them to do exactly what you are doing. Obtain TCredits to participate as many auctions as possible. Make sure you get on the Fast Track within the first 24 hours. You win 200 VersaPoints for accomplishing this action. Become a member of Wave3 and A2A. Ensure that you are enroll in the S-Builder C0-op. It's an excellent means of obtaining PSAs.

Winning the E365 Championship for your class could be split into 3 components.

1: First 30 days
2: Up to 180 days
3: The final stretch

First 30 days:
Complete all actionable tasks to ensure you stay above the green line and remain in the competition to round 6.

Up to 180 days:
Spend this time building your business. You want to get as many active PRM's PSA's and CSA's as possible. You want to make sure you get as high rank as possible to get the most matching VP, that means doing all available tasks. Remember the higher your rank the further downline you are earning!
You do not need to worry about keeping up to the top achiever in your class at this point becuase all VP is cleared after 180 days...this makes the 1st month disappear in month 7 and the 2nd in month 8 etc. Only the last 6 months VP count for the final E365 score. Rather spend this time growing your business to enure that you earn more VP in the last 6 months than the first 6 months.

The final Stretch:
Here you need to pick up the pace, make sure your downline is working well, make sure you are earning all available VP and since you are probably earning an income from your huge downline, use the income to boost VP if necessary with extra purchases, more auction bids etc. Slowly gain on your competitiors, increasing your place in the race on a monthly basis and ensure that in the final month you are at the top of the class.

E365 Championship is so exciting to be involved with.
How I am achieving to stay an E365 Finalist is by participating daily with SFI. Promoting communicating and training my down line at SFI.
I also make sure to have my Standing Order set in place.

I feel, you will only ever be as successful as your team.
That is why Team Support is the Key to achieving daily results.

I give all my down line a link to my SFI Training Website with a sales generating leads program. Trusting sites I have been using for years to promote SFI on a daily basis.
Here they also have access to my SFI individual training links when I am off line.

Most important never ask your team to invest in a program to promote SFI, unless you yourself have first made the investment.
Example using ProProfit to purchase instant down line.
I never ask my down line to do something unless I have done it first.
Never lie to your team. Always be honest with information you provide them.

You should monitor the VPs of the class members who are above you on a daily basis in order to know how many VPs you need to be at the top. Then you take action to earn the required VPs, both action points and sale points. You cannot be able to compete if you do not have knowledge about the people you are competing with. You also need funds because action points in a month are not enough for competition. You need a lot of sale points. In my view buying and distributing gift cards can make you earn more action points.

Also you want to enter in the daily drawings you can win valuable VersaPoints there as well. Another option is to sign up for the WAVE3 program. You will earn TCredits which can be used to bid in the Pricebenders auctions, which reward you with a VersaPoint for each bid placed. You can also purchase items with your TCredits which depending on the item will bring you valuable VersaPoints as well. Another thing to keep in mind is to make sure you are keeping track of your competition. Visit the scoreboard tab and see where you place among your class and strategize how you can outscore each and every one of them, after all this is a friendly competition. Last and not least, teach duplication to your downline, becoming a team leader can earn you valuable matching VersaPoints which can propel you pass the rest of your class. You must be aggressive in such a way that you are visiting your page every day because for each day you are updated of your position in your class on your scoreboard area depending on the VP you have made that day then you are updated of how many more points you need to be at the top and you employ some tactics to fly high.

Two, you need to at least be having a standing order which brings in 1500 VP per month in order to maintain your position in any given month that is EA or Team leader not to be eliminated at any one point that is if you bounced back in the championship thru' the second chance or grand father clause.

All in all i think it requires to accumulate as much VP as possible to always be at the top of your class.Hope I have answered you right.
