When I started my business,, I had very little knowledge of online marketing.
I know very little about what having a online business really meant yet in the short time that I have been a SFI Affiliate I have learned more about what it really meant to have a online business, and how to help your team members become successful themselves.

As for how my focus has changed. this has been the hardest part for me, but I am learning how to take what was once a face to face interaction to a online interaction through social media.

As for what I do differently. I put myself in the new affiliates place more now than I did before, therefore I know better how to help the new affiliate

When I first signed up for SFI, I was searching for a good workable program. I didn't start with SFI right away, but kept looking, joining, eliminating, getting burned.....I was a tire kicker for sure!
Eventually I settled on SFI, when I had more time to devote to it, and when it had stood the test of time. (Most of those other programs I joined were dead and buried, along with my time and money.)

My focus has changed in that now everything that I do on line is done with SFI in mind. If I join a new exchange, will it boost my SFI business? If I join this new social network can I promote SFI there?

My time and effort is now too precious to spread around all over the place. Everything must meet the test, "Will it benefit my SFI?" So my focus has changed to drilling down on SFI. I'm not a "success" yet, but it is coming.

To be, SFI is a bit complicated at the start, that’s not because something wrong with
SFI but a lack of following direction. Most human are by nature

Do things form back to front, instead of doing from front to back, by what
I mean is we always try to do things what our mind think right for that moment without

At the beginning my focus was to understand the essence of what a job , and of course as soon as I become independent . It becomes routine to help new members get them to be independent , a large emphasis put on ECA, and of course the coop is something that really works for the new ones , because when you yourself realize that they have someone who needs help , and they learn fast .

At first, my focus was almost entirely on earning VersaPoints, and while that does allow one to get to Executive Affiliate and the lower-tier Team Leader ranks, it doesn't earn as much income as directly promoting TripleClicks' products. Not only does it earn you commissions, but it also earns you Sales VP at the same time. If you're in this to earn money, that's where I would suggest you choose to focus, as well.

Hello!

From my seeing it almost EVERYTHING changed. When I first get here it was all bunch of information, i did not know where to go and what to do first. I send my sponzor a mail that i am confused, he told me to do daily actions. I did it but without knowing what am I doing. And now it is a routhine, I read so much, it is like I'm home. Only thing I regret for is that i did not know hot to use VP, I did so much im my first month....but it was 3 months ago.

I believe your focus changes after you get a team. In the beginning you are learning, you are confused and apprehensive. After you start building your confidence, you then start focusing on building a team. Once you have a team your focus completely changes. You still concentrate on building your own team but you are now focused on helping your team build a team.

It's very exciting, while they're working on getting to EA, you are working beside them helping them to build up their down line.

Also, during this period and thereafter, our next change of focus will be selling.

Your focus just keeps shifting as you advance.

Hi! I have to admit this is a good question, yes!
I noticed that every new affiliate is focused to make as many as possible VPs. Sometimes they don't understand what they do but they go through the to-do list just to win the VPs. As time passes buy, they notice they can't go on like this because they need to build a team and to advertise their business, else they would get drown.
The first month is a learning month, we must to read, learn, inform as much as we can and we must log in every day to solve the daily tasks. As time passes by and we become EA, EA2, BTL, STL ...and so on, we start to work with our team, to built it, to help our PSAs become EAs and BTLs..., we sell products, we keep working longer and longer for advertising and building a team, we gain experience and we start to understand the business.
The SFI is not only about gaining VPs, it is about marketing: marketing to build our team, marketing to sell our products, marketing to teach and support out team members.
We notice the VPs are earned easier when we focus on the team and marketing.
It is absolutely normal to read and learn when we are beginners and to become more experienced in time so we understand how to continue our business .
I would not advice nobody to jump over a level because this is the normal course of things, just like children in school: first we learn and read and inform, we do the simple things that we understand and then we start to experience and solve more complicated problems and teach others.
