SFI business is about building an active team to be successful. More emphasis on team work and the desire to earn income.

The best way to start building SFI team is:
1. Start from the Basics -Understand the basics of SFI business and apply them to our business.
SFI has provided the necessary tools to be used to run our SFI business. Just that we have to pick and use the right tools fo recruit and to advertise(Sponsoring)
2. Emphasize on daily log in to earn free versa points as part to earn income
3. Teach the downline to do sponsoring and duplication. Without them, the bussiness become stagnant and not growing.
4. Build up trust and confidence among the team members that they must have confidence and faith in themselves.
5. A team leader must show good examples and be at the forefront to lead.
6. Maintain a close rapport among the members.Send out regular emails.
7. Be open and ready to assist other members within the team
8. Keep on learning on this business. The more we get involved the more we know.
9. Be active to participate in the business to earn.
10. Be ready to accept new ideas to keep at par with the time and changing, dynamic business environment.
11. Keep on recruiting new members through S-builder and PSA To Go to build up the team tomake up to 12 generations and earn unlimited residual income.

Building a strong SFI team is highly recommended and is of high importance. To achieve this you should follow to work on two important sources simultaneously.

They are your warm and cold market.

In your warm segment you should get some enrollments from your family or friend circle. This would ensure steady team growth and better foundation formation of your team. These affiliates would last and would be easy to train and to help them grow by duplicating successful methods adopted by you. They would easily relate to their sponsors’ success (you) and follow themselves to be successful. Further, it may not cost you anything.

As your warm market would provide you desired stability, your cold market would help you strengthen your position further. The success rate may not be the same but this segment is equally important as this would provide you the long term benefits and range globally and would be helpful in increasing your commissions many folds.

The approach to target warm market segment would be direct while in case of cold market SFI has provided various tools and means to achieve that. Starting S Builder co op would be the easiest and most reliable of them. PSAs to go would provide immediate impetus required to boost their team.

Apart from this winning PSAs and CSAs in Pricebenders’ auction is good source. With the stable commissions they receive from their warm market they can utilize it aptly go for team leader position and ensure a share in second home CSAs. This would enhance their team and commissions further.

Advertising on social media and paid sites would further give you the team strength desired and can be looked at gradually.

In the first month,get to EA as soon as possible.Save enough
action v.p. for next month. But start building your team right now!

Why is this? Because next month when you get to EA2- you will get
a couple of referrals and every month you are an EA2 and better.

Meanwhile if you can,get a SO- standing order for some T credits,
PSA"s to go,and purchase ten referrals from another source.

In any case,place your ads everywhere you can think of to place them.
Keep a record of safe-lists,traffic exchanges,blogs, and biz and social
communities as a group so you start out organised.

Then you will be preparred for success.

If you are relatively new in SFI the best way to start building your team is by:
- put on SO A S builder coop (this is the least). Expect this to happen towards the end of the 2nd month or later.
- if you have further budget then get PSA to go. (Depends on how much budget you have).
- continously post advertisement in SEO and paid ads as the above items will not materialize instantaneously.
- continuously do posting to free ads, social media, blogs and other online medium.
- continuously do offline marketing.

Doing this will eventually lead you to a big team, but again this will take time specially if you are on a low budget, and there and no assurance that they will all be active.

Your SFI team can comprise of PSAs, CSAs and ECAs. Which one you focus on is a personal preference and I know that a lot of members concentrate on building up the number of PSAs in their teams.

Whatever your preference is, your first priority if you want to build your SFI team is to go out there and recruit them. Others will tell you that you need to learn 1st about the business and how to be an awesome sponsor. I disagree with this approach.

We all have sponsors and co sponsors. We also have team leaders as uplines. These are resources that are readily available to us to help build our businesses. They can help and can train us to be awesome sponsors to those who we recruit.

I encourage my team members to go out there and start recruiting from day 1 and I also promise and undertake to help them sponsor their affiliates. Some have taken up this challenge, I try to fulfill my promise of helping them as sponsors and some of these members are building up their teams nicely.

I also run team competitions - for example whoever recruits the most PSA during the month gets a prize of a recruiting campaign. I set up the campaigns for them and pay for them myself. They get all the signups - building their teams. I also offer other incentives, reassignments etc all to do with building up their teams. None of these are monetary payments or gifts.

Never treat you CSAs as second class team members. Remember we are all someone else's CSAs. Your CSAs are very important members of your team. I treat my CSAs the same as my other members and also offer them training, encouragement and incentives.

I know of some successful SFI members whose teams are made up largely of CSAs. They acquire CSAs as second home CSAs through their rank qualifications. They also acquire them through the TripleClicks Auctions. So if you want to build up the number of CSAs in your team, become at least EA every month and also bid for those CSAs (brand new ones) at the auctions. Never fail to reach EA every month otherwise all the CSAs in your team will be forfeited, regardless of how you obtained them.

Recruiting and building up the number of ECAs in your team is another important area that is often overlooked. Remember not only do you get rewarded for recruiting and sponsoring them but you also earn royalties for life on all their sales. This is residual income. Become an ECA yourself if you are able to. It makes recruiting other ECAs easier.

New PSAs should carefully follow all the start-up steps in the very beginning. Be sure to take your time in doing the LaunchPad Lessons. I see people blow through those 30 lessons in a couple hours. I would be far better to do one lesson a day and fully implement everything in each lesson.
Do this each day for 30 days will give one a much better picture of how the SFI business works.

People who rush through the lessons don't get their business set up properly, they don't know what to do to build their business and they get frustrated to the point they just quit.

This is a great business and I would ask, "Would you rather build a strong business over time that could change your financial future for the better, or rush through the training and decide SFI doesn't work, and just quit"?

Keeping in mind that it is seldom that anyone can begin to make any real money in a new business for the first two years, no matter what business you choose, take your time to learn the business and plan for the long-term.

To start building it right, it has to start right from the starting position.
Tips and reminders is very important to our new team, that is once we gain experience and advance forward with confidence. Understanding our new team members knowledge, they need us as a friendly guides, while some loves to learn it on their own. There is nothing wrong with all various learning techniques, but by being a good team leader ourselves, we should be more flexible and adapt with their styles, each of us is still in a learning process though..

Everyone has their own way of building their SFI team. Some do free advertising, some do paid advertising. There are many ways to do this and hundreds of sites willing to take your advertising money.

I like to purchase my team members. I always choose a reliable seller from the TripleClicks store and mainly go with a chosen 2 or 3. PSAs to GO (Special Offer) is good as long as you have at least 1 unit of SBuilder to qualify buying at the reduced price. There are also a couple of other very reliable sellers.

My reasoning here is that if you are going to pay for advertising which sometimes does not work, you may as well pay for the PSAs. It works for me. It is quick, easy and you earn VP and MRP for making the purchase so it actually works threefold to your benefit.
