Here are the three areas that I believe will help you to focus
on what your team may need. You may not want to include all three
in every communication to your team. But here is what I use
for my guide:
Motivational: Find something that has inspired you that
you can pass along that you believe will motivate your
team. This could also be a story about your success and
how your team can duplicate your success.
Educational: This would be something that you believe
will help your team understand the business opportunity
they have. Point out something you think many of your
team may be missing that can help them grow their
business and their income faster. When I want to point
out something to the team I enter the link to the place
where they can find the help. An example: SFI's new

Promotional: Here is where I am going to suggest some
idea or ideas for promoting their business, where to
place ads etc. For example, I get lots of exposure using
Traffic Exchanges, SafeLists, Text ad Exchanges and
Mailers. I will always offer help for anyone on my team
who needs help with these.
If you think of these three areas you will always have
some content to offer your team. (That is if you are
actively promoting your business)
Then as many others have pointed out you will find lots
of content ideas in the SFI Forum, Ask SC and the daily
Tips. Always offer useful content. Your team will
appreciate you for it.
