What is the best way to get my new PSAs up to speed with SFI without overwhelming them?

The best way to get my new PSA's up to speed is by sending a motivational newsletter that contains personal actions taken on time and the reward it achieved. There are of course several ways to communicate with our PSAs that can really overwhelm them but i believe the weekly newsletter is expected for great tips and news and therefore read with enthusiasm.
When the newsletter contains fewer writeup from the to do list but more examples of personal actions carried out and and the rewards they acheived, the PSA wil be spurned into action to follow their leader!

What should I do to gain maximum support from my upline to grow my SFI business?

My upline are leaders in my team who are human beings with experience and knowledge in my new found business venture. Just as I need support and encouragement from them so too they expect loyalty and support from me. Therefore I should follow the points below:
- Abide by the laid down rules of SFI that brought us together so that I may not be lost.
- Carry out my daily tasks consistently.
- Offer appreciation, criticism, and suggestion where appropriate to move the team forward.
- Participate in team activities like Co-op, contests and discussions at the forum.

Which will better help me attract affiliates...promoting TripleClicks, or promoting SFI?

Good Question!
The main goal in this question being to attract affiliates, i feel it will be best to employ every means at our disposal; be it promoting TripleClicks or SFI.
Therefore to answer this question appropriately i will say its best to promote both TripleClicks and SFI.
In promoting TripleClicks, we generate sales, have new members in TripleClicks store and even new SFI affiliates.
In promoting SFI, we have new members and ultimately more commissions.

In building my team i am trying to employ the following;
Make a target of avenues to recruit new affiliates depending on my budget. S-builder Co op, PSA's to go, Team co op or personal Co op. Publish my Target.
Draw up a plan.
Estimate my Monthly Budget
Devise a strategy which may include Logging in daily to the affiliate center, Reading a training article a day and mastering it,
Send well prepared newsletters, stream posts, and forum posts weekly,
Communicate by e mail, SFIM chat, Skype and phone where available
Have a day for review of strategy and plan monthly.

Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

Both are wonderful methods of promoting SFI but to answer the question, the best is online recruiting. This is because of the following reasons;
-The world is already a global village and many people have at least one means of accessing the internet. Phones, tablets, computers and the like.
- E-commerce sales are increasing everyday. In 2012, 1Trillion sales where made online.
- SFI is an online business and since most of our time will be spent on the computer in our comfort zone then we can as well do our most of the work online.
- some persons and groups may appear difficult to approach on one on basis but online its just by the click of our device on the internet.
- No starring eyes and no cold feet.
- As many ads as possible can be made to various sites with various reminders and trackers to monitor all our activities at the same time with feedback system in place.

Being an ECA is more beneficial to an affiliate for the following reasons;
- Being an ECA gives the affiliate a very solid position in Tripleclicks store.
- Affiliates gain from the executive pool each time sales are made.
- Affiliates earn lifetime Royalties.
- Affiliates keep progressing in the rank of SFI all the versapoints accumulated from sales.
- Direct commissions are unlimited.
- The ECA will be branded for life in Tripleclicks.

To advise PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country is helpful in that the costs of shipping and worry about delivery of products are eliminated from their transactions and products or goods are received in good time for their use.
On the part of the ECAs they are promoted and they make sales for themselves and for SFI making it a win/win situation for all. The PSA also contribute to the executive pool from which he/she benefits from in the long run.
Building this relationship between PSAs and ECAs also promote SFI that more ECAs are encouraged to be created and as such SFI will be growing to be in every neighborhood.
