General Qualification Norms

There are two requirements that they need to meet to be a Fast Track Member.

1. They should accumulate 1500 VP and
2. They should have at least $20 in sales or purchase.

With this basic qualification met, an affiliate would become Silver Fast Track. If they want to be Gold Fast track they would have to have a standing order placed for minimum 1500 VP in any combination of products or a single product that would help them meet it.

Special case Qualification norms

Special case would depend on case to case basis. If your PSA is Silver fast Track already, they would have to set up a SO of 1500 VP in the 72 hour window to advance to Gold Fast Track.

Yes, SFI is truly an International company. Hence, we have to have alliance with various nationals of the world in form of new prospects, PSAs, PRMs, CSAs and ECAs. You have to communicate with them on regular basis and language at times is really a big barrier in achieving your objective.

Although, Google Translator or translator at SFI are present to take help of, but they at times can really go wrong. They would be helpful most of the times but not always, hence there is a need of some more ways to be looked into.

They can be:

1. Country Forums: SFI has introduced country forums where you can communicate in local language to help your recipient understand better. As this may still not address to all whom you want to communicate, you have:

2. A2A Friends: You can take help of A2A friends from those countries, where your recipient resides or follow the language to get your text translated. You can then forward the translation to them.

3. Webinar: You can have webinars conducted in one common language, say English and then the transcripts made available in different languages for all your associates to understand. Your website would play an important role in this case.

4. Reassignment tool: Having tried the above methods still your results are not to your satisfaction, then you can use the option of reassignment of your PSAs or CSAs to your other active team members from those countries. This would not only help you meet your objective but also would be a great incentive for your active team members.

5. CSA Exchange Pool: Although this addresses the issue related to CSAs only but can be used. It has been introduced with a basic objective to reduce the language barrier and provide better guidance to SFI affiliates who face the language issue.

There is no one solution that can address the issue is all circumstances. Hence you have to be open to; and practice combination of methods to have a maximum effect.

When you are sending invitation to your PSAs for the Designated Diamonds program, you need to see whether they:

1. Are active on regular basis and hold EA2 rank with consistency. They have to be EA to be qualified to receive an invitation.

Leading by example would mean that you should be a team leader first and do all that an awesome Team Leader should do. This would help promote duplication.

In the first part, show progressiveness by:

1. Maintaining you rank month on month and look forward to higher rank.
2. Enhancing your Badges list on regular basis.
3. Remaining active in Eager Zebra games, Price bender auctions, patronizing Tripleclicks.
4. Improving your overall, country and class positions with each month gone by.
5. Being an active member on Forum and by posting questions and answers regularly in Ask SC.

In the second part, you do what helps your team to grow directly;

1. Provide continuous guidance and support to your PSAs. Communicate well.
2. Give them the required training as per the stage they are on. SFI rules of success can be an asset in their growth.
3. Discuss growth strategies and help them implement those. Show them the path you followed to be successful.
4. Set up a co-op to help them set up a team in their initial phase.
5. Make them realize the importance of duplication and show them the path and the plan.
6. Help them unleash the hidden potential of the compensation plan with their growth in their rank.
7. Educate them about all possible ways they can earn in SFI.

I personally try to do these things and the results have changed since I started it. The key to success is your active profile and your active support to the team.

To make your PSAs understand the significance of Milestone shares in their growth path, you need to understand it thoroughly yourself and make them understand it by means of sending easy comprehensive mails.

Let them first understand what a Milestone share is and how it works?

It is simply a share of points according to your rank that get added to your account for your daily; weekly; monthly work or sales / purchase done. In other words, you receive Milestone share for every 10 VP you earn. The amount of shares that get banked for you depends on your rank. If you are an EA you get 10 shares; BTL gets 12 shares; STL gets 14 shares; GTL gets 16 shares and PTL gets 18 shares. For DTL there is no share as you would have reached the greatest milestone then and this incentive program culminates there.

These shares are awarded from Tripleclicks Executive Pool. You get paid for your accumulated shares when you advance to your next Team Leader rank milestone.

Hence, your milestones are:
• Bronze Team Leader (BTL)
• Silver Team Leader (STL)
• Gold Team Leader (GTL)
• Platinum Team Leader (PTL)
• Diamond Team Leader (DTL)

If you have to choose out of the lot, one thing most of the affiliate when they join in new; struggle with understanding the compensation plan of SFI. This is one of the most important and sort after information that appears most complex to understand for a new comer.

That in my view is one of the reasons for them to leave early. Once we are in for few months we find it easy to comprehend.

Each one of them joins with an objective to earn but the earning is not easy to understand for new affiliates.

1. Tripleclicks Executive Pool: It is not very easy for them to understand the way it is calculated and when they are eligible to receive it.
2. SFIPPA: It has too many conditions to confuse a new entrant.
3. Calculation of Direct commissions: Most would find it difficult that it is calculated as 45% of commission volume. Initially they think 45% of the selling price even after being stated clearly.
4. Calculation of co-sponsored commissions is not the same as direct commissions. Here also many of them are to be explained how it is calculated?
5. Same way ECA commissions and TL2 bonus is difficult to understand.

You as a sponsor have to communicate with them and explain step wise how they are calculated? And make them realize the underlying opportunity. It is very important that they understand the objective behind each process and how they can benefit from each? It makes it easier for them to make informed decisions at various stages of their business growth.

Once I set up a communication link with them, I give them an entire brief to earning potential and the ways they can enhance their growth.

Nothing remains difficult to understand when you have the will to do it.
