Language should never be a barrier to success at SFI. We can see people who speak the same language still struggling to communicate effectively! Therefore it is not all about language but rather “communication”. Those who cannot speak the same language that you speak still have access to translation tools even on the SFI website.
Most of the time, your potential PSAs would be reading their training material on their own, in which case they will be able to use translation tools. When they

You as a sponsor will want every language on your Team.
Never limit your abilities, think about the posibilities, just one affiliate in a different country that don't speak English could recruit thousands of affiliates in your team.
Take the time and translate your information and get it out there.
You'll want to sponsor that Star and they don't speak English.

Definitely try. Use translators, take your time to understand each other. Video calls may help using it to show your screen ... like a tutorial. As for reading english ... if you can translate french or any other language on web pages to english it should work vice versa.

I think if this is a global business with no fences, we shouldn't build any either. Do what works for you, find ways to get around obstacles, and allow EVERYONE a chance at earning their own passive income.

This is an international business without any boundaries and language is just a medium of communication. We have the translation feature at SFI site which abolishes all the language barriers for anyone in any part of the world. I suppose this feature is very useful for people to connect for business.

As far as recruiting people who are not knowing English is concerned, there should not be any hitch if you consider them optimistic, energetic go-getters. So proceed and grab the opportunity.

Thanks

You should...

SFI is a global network, where all languages mix and build their business.

There is no boundaries as the language translator tools is also set on every pages.

Again, there isn't any problem in languages, connect them to anyone who speaks their language within your team or your a2a friends.

My advice is:
There is no stop for knowledge,

If anyone can learn
He/she can also earn

Good day!

An English literate is an advantage but that would not be a hindrance to your success here in SFI because there is always a translation for every language.

Just refer to your lower right Homepage. See the word "TRANSLATE".

So, in SFI, language is not a barrier in the success of everyone.

Good luck & GOD BLESS!

Answer:
Well,off course...
It would be a really little kingdom (he Company) that we all search only people who speaks our language, isn't it?
Example:I'm from Serbia, and my country is just 7 million people ,do the maths...how many of that 7 million is English speakers or readers, but,we have our group, where everything is subscrited on Serbian, every file

This is how I see it, Vehbi, DON'T LIMIT YOURSELF!

As difficult and frustrating as it can be, limiting yourself to only English-speaking affiliates is not the way to go. Reality is what it is. You are a Global Marketing Affiliate, and as such, part of YOUR education will be to make the proper adjustments necessary to make your business run more smoothly.

I agree with some of the other responses. However, let me add that YOU should make it a priority of informing all of your

I see no reason why you shouldn't recruit non English speaking affiliates. We have a translator on almost every page which will translate the page to almost any language. Plus we have friends in A2A which can also help with translations. With all this help we are able to recruit from any where in the world. SFI has all the bases covered through years of experience and we have all that at our finger tips.

I read many of the responses to this question and found a critical aspect missing. Firstly, who you recruit is determined primarily by the method you use to recruit new PSA. In some instances you have no control who is recruited such as the purchase of SBuilder Co-op, and Blogs or even social media, because the access is wide open and it is often a catch-all approach.

However, when you use personalized approach such as distribution of gift cards, W3 cards, emails and face to face, then
