Answer:
Well,off course...
It would be a really little kingdom (he Company) that we all search only people who speaks our language,isn't it?
Example:I'm from Serbia,and my country is just 7 million people ,do the maths...how many of that 7 million is English speakers or readers,but,we have our group,where everything is subscrited on Serbian,every file from here...so,I think that everybody need to have somebody from another country,and SFI had translation too,my sponsor don't know ENGLISH AND she's STL and a really good sponsor...

My respect Rosafilipina Burcer...
As first,they must do the daily actions every single day,ok,that's just 12 point's...
Second what they must do is weekly actions...that's 38 point's...
Then...a little bit of fun...blog and banner who bring's them a hundred points,there is a one intermediate actions for co-op your team,that actions is also a hundred point's...
And finally we come to my favourite part,games,and competitions :)
They everybody should stay in E365 competition,because of really good prizes includes versa points...also games...every day play and earn everything ;)

I think that You should promote,promote,promote TripleClicks as more as you can...
That's the way you get your bigger sales...
Every product's from every country on this world...
I really think that's the best way for your sales in TripleClicks...
I will start that this month ;) maybe we should star together ;) April is not a month for me deffinitely ;)
But just advertise every product that you think it's interesting...the product that is interest to you as a person,there must be some good karma,didn't it?

I think TH Best way is to be really HONEST...i AM 26 years,and I love this job...and I am always honnest with my PSA's...
Tell them that there is no sucses if they not interesting...and I see a lot of young here...I have two really youn PSA's...and they really work,they are my best PSA's...I know that I firs tell my sponzor that I don't want her to lie to me...just honest and I will work...it doesn"t matter what are the number of pay,I will make it on my own...
That's My opinion,and I work more,and more every month...

I think the best way is to doing Your own advertising...
Make a Blog and share it on Facebook,on every social network...
That's the way I do,and my choice of advertise...
I think that's the best way to build a team...
Also,I'm sure that that is gonna be really good team...

My big respect...
I am Co-sponsor to one of your member,and I erite to him,everything,gave him what to do,but he doesn't report...
And he was soooo active last month...I don't know what to do with him ;)
Explaine them that anythin they do do for them selves...Fast,bring 10 % well,we all know what they can get...
And the most importante message is how to start with SFi...and then every thing they ask you need to be there to answer them...

Believe me,I try and try,and try...
There is a lot of non-workers...they work like a 2 months,and then just stop...
Because they don't advertise,and don't have a working team...but you must believe that you will find 5 working PSA who will become a TL and then build there own downline...
I hope so that I will make that happen to...

The most important and the best tool for successful business in SFI is You,how much time do you want to be involved in everything here...and of course advertising,blog,social network...that's the way I do...You must help your PSA as much as You can,to be an awesome sponsor,because team building is one of BEST WAY to this business success...
