It's simple. Your time is dependent totally on your ability to invest. If you check out the compensation plan you will know how much you will earn. That earning will be based on how much you invest over the first month and every month there after. All you need to do is invest your time and your money and you will be able to gain income from your very first month anniversary, if your investment qualifies you for compensation. As a Gold Affiliate and above you can expect an income, proportionate to your investment. When You sponsor of affiliates who are also investing and recruiting your earning will increase exponentially.
The more activities you engage in the earlier your income will come and the amount increase. So advertise, recruit and teach others how to do what you are doing (duplicate) and your income will flow.

When and how should I start preparing for my retirement from SFI?

You never really retire from SFI. Why don't you retire. The make up of SFI is that of TEAM building. So once you've established a TEAM you have the PLEASURE of developing, supporting and coaching your team members. Therefore you have a life time network of affiliates whom you will forever be connected to. Once you become accustomed to such vibrant and encouraging network of people who would want to retire?
However, since it is advised that you have and maintain five affiliates (PSAs) that are actively maintaining EA status or above you may wish to retire from active recruitment as your down line continue with that aspect of the business. But if you are a people's person and you love building others up. You will never retire. That's the SFI effect!

How can I get more of my team participating in SFI's quarterly Leadership Challenge?

To get more of your team participating in the SFI quartely Leadership Challenge, you must first promote the challenge among your team members on your leadership page and through the team mail and or their personal email. Explain to your team members the rules and what they need to do in order to qualify to participate in the challenge.
Encourage them to take action that will help them to qualify in the challenge such as attaining and maintaining the rank of BTL or above.
You might want to offer reward to your team members who achieve the qualifying rank such as TCredits, or PSAs.
Above all you yourself must be in the running of the challenge - leading by your example.

At TripleClicks many products are available that could help you build a successful business. However the two (2) products I recommend if your objective is to build your SFI business are TCredits and S-Builder Co-op.
The reason for my recommendation is: You need VPs (sale and action) to move up the ranks and you need to sponsor active affiliates to build your team and gain residual income. Social media is your biggest market. So I recommend posting daily via every accessible social medium.
You must appeal to a target audience. Since Christmas is family time, more than any other Holiday. Feature family centered messages that will draw families to TripleClicks. Electronics and gift ideas are the way to go.

As stated by most persons answering this question it is not up to your sponsor to make your business successful. However, the extent to which you rely upon your sponsor is totally up to you: based on your need for additional guidance.
When first starting out as a new affiliate at SFI, like every other new venture, there is often mixed experience of excitement, anxiety and zeal. Sometimes, based on your level of understanding, which is often impacted by the level of anxiety, or fatigue you experience, which is also based on how much prior marketing knowledge you have, or how much new information your try to take in at once, you will need help from your sponsor.
You should rely on your sponsor to help provide clarity on aspects of the business that might be a bit confusing or not familiar to you. For example: many affiliates have little or no prior marketing experience, therefore, it is necessary to rely on one's sponsor for guidance on how to set up a blog, frame advertising messages, and or identify items that you can use to establish your ECA status with Tripleclicks.
So whilst the success of your business is primarily in your hands the help of your sponsor goes a long way in helping you succeed; providing he or she is knowledgeable about SFI.

Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

I read many of the responses to this question and found a critical aspect missing. Firstly, who you recruit is determined primarily by the method you use to recruit new PSA. In some instances you have no control who is recruited such as the purchase of SBuilder Co-op, and Blogs or even social media, because the access is wide open and it is often a catch-all approach.
However, when you use personalized approach such as distribution of gift cards, W3 cards, emails and face to face, then the control is in your hand. My curiosity was piqued over the possibility of you reaching non-English speaking prospects via these means. Not only will it be confusing for the prospect who does not speak English, but equally confusing for you who is unlikely to be able to speak or understand their native/first language.
So Should you try to recruit such persons? The answer would be no because it could prove difficult and discouraging. However, will it happen, yes! through no effort of your own, because SFI is international which mean non-English speaking persons will and do respond to SFI marketers. When they do there are means of communication for successful outcomes. So there is nothing for you to be overly concerned about.
Simply hit the market and let SFI manage the communication issues for you.

What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

Hello Milica,
The best way to assist your PSAs and CSAs is to highlight the important steps required for building a successful business. SFI has highlighted three important steps which you should bring to their attentions.
However, to better help each of them an individualized approach is necessary. You must identify with them, their goal and the resources available to to them for achieving that goal. You will need to help them to identify how they can best use those available resources wisely to build their personal team, and earn the required VP that will allow them to move up the ranks. Encourage them to learn all that they can about how SFI works in order to build a successful business.
You need to encourage them to complete the to do list daily and all of the launchpad lessons which provides all of the important information about SFI and all of the tools and resources that are available for their use without cost.
You will also have to help them to understand the importance of components of the business such as VPs, MRPs, PRMs, ECA and the TripleClicks store and how they contribute to building their business at SFI.
Above all you must instill in them the importance of persistence, perseverance and patience, all of which will help them at points when they can not see the end of the tunnel.
Be a friend, a coach, a mentor and a compass to each of them. Listen carefully to their challenges and concerns and point them in the right direction.
Teach them to Aim High and Dream Big. That is what makes for a Great Sponsor.

The way of knowing ones capability is to do a self assessment against that thing you wish to do or accomplish.
Some major questions you must ask your self are:
What is this SFI all about?
Do I have the time to learn what is necessary for me to be successful this business?
What other resources do I need? Are they available or accessible to me?
What will it cost me to launch this business? Do I have it? Can I get it?
How will I be able to maintain this business once I get it up and running?
What If?
What then?
Do I have stamina?
Can I commit?
Do I want to Succeed?
What goals will I set to ensure that I am successful?
What support system do I have to motivate and encourage me?
Am I a self starter?
Once you are able to answer these questions honestly, you will know if you are capable of of building a successful SFI business.

There are many very powerful actions one can do to earn action points. But sustainability comes from knowing the business and knowing it well. Therefore the action I would recommend to my downline is to focus on completing the launch pad within the 30 days recommended because by so doing they will gain the knowledge they need to build a successful business.
