1.Many people sign up just because they are curious about atractive SFI advertisement
2.Those curious people usually give up on earning even 1VP after seeing "overloaded pages with too much information"
3.I believe that planty of sign ups do not have a proper knowledge of English and unfortunately give up because they cannot understand written language
4. Majority expect to earn money quickly and easy, with no effort nor daily commitment

There are many unmotivated

In my opinion, convincing is not necessary at all and could produce the opposite effect.
People join SFI to earn money, but don't want to work hard each day.
When they realize that they have to do their daily, weekly, monthly tasks and recruit affiliates, they simply quit. And most of them don't want to invest anything.
There is no way to convince PSAs and CSAs to work if they don't want to.
If they are not motivated, messages and pushings will not help.

A very good question and one - have been struggling with for some time. But this is the conclusion I came to: not everybody really NEEDS the money from an extra income as much as for instance I do. I really work SfI due to the fact that I am not able to find employment and need to sustain myself.
So: everybody does not work the program simply because some people are looking for "get rich quick schemes". Other are not prepared to put in the effort and time that is requiered to succeed

I must admit it is not easy to convince others of all the advantages of my SFI business. And therefore I stopped trying to convince. From that moment on I reflected more on how I got involved. How did I start and what convinced me?
Before I joined SFI I had tried every single getting rich system there was. Costed me a lot of money with no success. The Free-getting-rich-scams were not free after all and got me nowhere. I knew there must be a way to be succesfull on the internet. And I started

Hello Mr Manohar

I totally agreed to all the words been said from all those our experience SFI members. Its definitely true that its hard to convince somebody or anybody since everybody has their own individual thinking and point of view as what best and good for their ownself.
For those that goes for fast rich scheme, no sharing, no extra work and no cash involved... well.. SFI is not their choice or place for them. Not blaming them either due to all those scams and

Our job is wonderful opportunity and we should not try convincing anyone in this.I don't like the word convincing. Convincing, itself is never successful because it involves the imposition of an opinion or attitude.
We must accept the fact, that some people we will never convince, even if we try hard, but we should try to find the best approach (individual) before give up, on anybody.

If we are not sure in what we do, if we have doubts and dilemmas, we will transmit this feeling to

First of all I don't think people don't know to much about SFI when they register. A lot of them give up at the first step because they are not interested in this kind of work.

Second, when they scratch the surface they find easy to get VP at the start, interesting games... and I guess they think that this here is easy money for short time. But after a first month they find out that this is serious business and they have to learn and work a lot to get some serious income.

Third,

It is difficult to convince PSAs and CSAs to work with SFI despite all it advantages because they are expecting riches overnight - that is not possible.
One has to work, and, invest some monies in order to get going - and money is something that not all people like to spend. However, SFI is cost effective - compared to other networking sites. Point it out to your Team.
Also, make it clear to your Team that they should give themselves at least one year before deciding whether SFI is worth

It is very important for us to analyse the reasons pertaining to the difficulty to convince PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages.
When the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor is informed immediately the welcome letter is sent along with a welcome and encouraging e-card.It may be noted with regret that there is no response at all from most of them. Zero logging is normal from most of them. Some become Fast Track Members by logging 500VP and then fade away permanently.

This is a situation that most of us faces and thus it is a very good question.
From my personal experience, I have been making every effort to stay in contact with both my PSAs and CSAs and even been trying to convince them.
One must understand that every individual is different and therefore this accounts for the varying responses that you get from your PSAs and CSAs. It is also clear that each PSA and CSA has different work ethics and had different expectations when joining this business.
