How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

f) There is a problem of data storage space in the SFI system.Storing millions of versa points long after they have been earned for that month just takes up so much valuable space and slows down the entire SFI System.
2. You will also find the answer to your question at the “To Do List” Icon in the SFI Affiliate Home centre page, under important notes # 2. “Why Do Versa Points Expire?” . You may also visit url: https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?catid=26444&id=18074 for getting the answer to your posed question.
3. You will however, notice that your monthly VPs are not totally ignored. They are added to calculate your standing/ ranking in Leader boards. It's only your monthly totals that reset, though the points you earn each month remain in your Power Ranking for six full months (180 days), which is used to determine your ranking within SFI. Thus, it is to be noted that though the VPs earned by an affiliate the previous month does not have any bearing on his present month’s earning process, he does not lose it either . However, other than one-time action points, all others VPs acquired, expire after 180 days.

What are the best methods of generating SFI signups from Pay Per Click (PPC) advertisements?
Affiliate since: 11/05/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Hello to all!
PPC is a type of sponsored online advertising that is used on a wide range of websites, including search engines, where the advertiser only pays if a web user clicks on their ad. Hence the title, ‘pay per click.’
PPC is a very cost-effective means to get our site noticed by our target audience.
In a way, PPC advertising works like a silent auction. Advertisers place bids on keywords or phrases that they think their target audience would type in a search field when they are looking for specific Website. When a web user types a search query into the field of a search engine that matches the advertiser’s keyword list or visits a web page with content that correlates to the keywords or phrases chosen by the advertiser, the PPC ad may be displayed on the page. In search engines, a PPC ad is generally just above or to the right of the search results where they can be easily seen.
To differentiate PPC ads from the natural search results displayed on a page, search engines will often place PPC ads under “Sponsored Ads” or “Sponsored Links” which also makes them easier to notice on a page that is crowded with text and other items competing for a web user’s attention.
Overall, PPC ads are beneficial to us SFI Affiliates.

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

1.Many people sign up just because they are curious about atractive SFI advertisement
2.Those curious people usually give up on earning even 1VP after seeing "overloaded pages with too much information"
3.I believe that planty of sign ups do not have a proper knowledge of English and unfortunately give up because they cannot understand written language
4. Majority expect to earn money quickly and easy, with no effort nor daily commitment
There are many unmotivated or uninformed people who lack work drive and willingness to try.
If you feel that some of them are in your team, just ignore them and pay attention to those who aim to succeed and are willing to work.
Best of luck to you and to your team!

Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?
Affiliate since: 11/05/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Hello dear,
It is very common to start SFI with easier tasks.I would always first introduce my affiliates with that part as it is something that we do daily.I should become our habit to complete to-do list and rest every single day.Like putting on clothes.
After, when they get used to it,I would tell them about the fun part- games and auctions.
From that point,I would point them to a TripleClicks store and teach how to earn commissions by referring and/or selling products.
Next step in your guidance is team building.
So, I would conclude that our tim will do what we teach them to do.Communication is a key to have wide knowledgeable team that can only lead to success.
Best wishes to you and to all :-)

How do you manage your team with many cultures and timezones to navigate?
Affiliate since: 11/05/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
You don' have to worry about time zones because this is a type of business that runs 24/7. All you write, ask, suggest,or help will be available immediately and will be read by other affiliate as soon as possible. Each of us is aware of time zones and that is why we are all understanding in regards to that.
Language barriers can be easier with either Google translate or some other online translator.
Hope this helps!
