Our job is wonderful opportunity and we should not try convincing anyone in this.I don't like the word convincing. Convincing, itself is never successful because it involves the imposition of an opinion or attitude.
We must accept the fact, that some people we will never convince, even if we try hard, but we should try to find the best approach (individual) before give up, on anybody.
If we are not sure in what we do, if we have doubts and dilemmas, we will transmit this feeling to our PSAs and CSAs. People believe what they see,believe in results and everything that meets their hopes and wishes.We have to to transfer to our team our positive attitude, show them results, and highlight anything that follow their interests.
We need to talk with them, understand their priorities, wishes and dreams, and then show them all the opportunities under that light, emphasizing what is important to them and how they can reach success using their personal knowledge,likes and abilities.
For example, for people who like selling, we will display the ECA opportunities, a large number of potential customers in most countries of the world...
To people who love games we will indicate the possibility and advantages of Pricebanders games, through earnings that we can invest in our job or winning great products on auctions....
Talking about our work with a positive attitude, show all the possibilities, but with a focus on what attracts them most.
When we approach all our members in a individual way, thinking about them, their wishes and needs, they will respond in a right way and we will get a valuable and active members.
