There is a saying that "you shall know the truth, the truth shall set you free". This is applicable here because if many of the affiliates knew the truth, they would not have joined SFI.
To recruit only serious affiliates, 'the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth' should be told to them. This means that prospects should be told that:
i) this is a business that requires their sacrifice of time and money, as is
required of any other business.
ii) they would have to sell/promote the business.
iii) they would have to develop plans how to grow the business.
iv) they would need to start thinking as a leader and how to motivate a global team
of individuals.
v) after the first month, they would have to invest some cash and create a Standing
Order to maintain their status and move up the leadership ladder.
vi) for the first six to eight months it requires a lot of hard work and sacrifice
without much monetary reward.
From what I have been experiencing and learnt when a number of affiliates finds out what is required they make the decision not to continue. So I said before tell your prospects the whole truth, the SERIOUS ones will accept the challenge.
