Subscribe to various e-zines which are available plenty in the net.You can subscribe to "Business Insider' and "Pinglerblog",you may also note down articles on affiliates and also on e-commerce which you find interesting ,you can follow blogs which does have writings on various marketing strategies with due attention that no article is plagiarised and do not try to invent the wheel go by the rules laid down by SFI/TripleClicks .Make sure your newsletters are short and easy to comprehend.Your content must be also very topical tailor made to suit your team's needs .Try not to over helm your team with information which they can very well do without.Shape the newsletter in such a way that it invokes a sense of further curiosity ( that does not mean you withhold information ).I am sure that given a good content say how to start duplicating, and how to increase their output and thus their compensation level which every body in your team will be interested in you will receive a positive feedback from them,particularly when they see you really care for them You can add a touch of care briefly after the newsletter.

This is the question that all of us asked ourselves when we started achieving this task.
My 2 main methods are the following:
1. During the week, i go frequently to the forum to participate to discussions about some topics. At the end of the week, i share my best answers with my downline through the weekly mailer.
2. When i read an inspiring tip or a great post during the week, i share it with my downline through the weekly mailer (I mention the name of the author)

Try to use examples from your personal experience your team wants to know you are a real person or check out the forum and see what kind of questions are being asked; think about those topics and put your twist on them and what your opinion is and what can be done to enhance you and your teams business by doing certain things, add a suggestion on what you would do.
write about some of the new stuff being added to SFI & Tripleclicks give a short review on how you loved a certain item or game, whats your favorite business article share that with your team or if you have a new way to advertise that's pulling in new PSAs.
Be yourself add your touch to it and you will have much success.

Be honest! That's the key to success!
Write them all you think they need to know!
If you read some news tell them to pay attention to it, maybe they didn't read it.
If you think they should do something better, if they miss some points, if they need points for statuses..help them.
Be their support. If they are doing the great work - praise them.
Tell them to feel free to contact you if they have any questions.

Promote the Fast Track Member, add encouraging, positive words , do promotion and raffles . After all this prepared go to the genealogy and send your team. Let your companions well informed about the deals of the auctions , encourage Zebras games. Create a session for questions . Encourage your dowlines attending SFI Forum, there is the large deposit of clarification. Be available and communicative that in the end will give all right , work with dedication and perseverance and your garden will flourish.

You can have two main content types.
1. You can put reminders on what are the basic things to do like login daily to click the red tabs and reading the contents. Reviewing the To-do-list to get valuable points for daily, weekly and monthly actions.
2. You can write a summary on how to advertise and oromote SFI and Tripleclicks so that you can build a team.
In both types, you should put concrete guidelines and instructiins like placing the links of references and materials.
