If you are not good at approaching people face to face, what are some tips to improve in this area?

Do not worry all people may not have the same comfort level.My 27 year experience in selling "Life Insurance " policies did not start very smoothly for me.I was aghast at having no experience in selling this financial product, which at 1987 when I started the job I was a bit terrified to say the least.But gradually my confidence started pouring in when I noticed that in many cases though I was not able to get any sale I received first rate treatment.This bolstered up my courage and I did manage to do this job till 2000 before quitting,cause I felt very late that I was doing the job a bad service.
Now coming to your comfort zone if you feel uncomfortable to meet people face to face no issues . you can use some ways like Tele calling(use your phone directory and call up people at a time when you wont disturb them.Introduce yourself that you are so and so from SFI/TripleClicks briefly narrate about both the companies and ask them whether they would be kind enough to give them their e-mail addresses (promise them no Spam and let your name and address be received by them and say no Hacking )They will be sent a link and if they are interested to roam the world via the internet meet people across borders they can simply register in your invitation gateway which is www.sfi1.biz/Your I.D. Which is better and why? Promoting SFI and TripleClicks locally and more personally...or globally via the Internet?

How do I come up with good content for my weekly newsletters to my team?

Subscribe to various e-zines which are available plenty in the net.You can subscribe to "Business Insider' and "Pinglerblog",you may also note down articles on affiliates and also on e-commerce which you find interesting ,you can follow blogs which does have writings on various marketing strategies with due attention that no article is plagiarised and do not try to invent the wheel go by the rules laid down by SFI/TripleClicks .Make sure your newsletters are short and easy to comprehend.Your content must be also very topical tailor made to suit your team's needs .Try not to over helm your team with information which they can very well do without.Shape the newsletter in such a way that it invokes a sense of further curiosity ( that does not mean you withhold information ).I am sure that given a good content say how to start duplicating, and how to increase their output and thus their compensation level which every body in your team will be interested in you will receive a positive feedback from them,particularly when they see you really care for them You can add a touch of care briefly after the newsletter.

How do I maintain or boost momentum in my group?

Erica we must not forget that in order to develop ourselves we must develop our team. The PSAs/CSAs are all very valuable , and should be handled with care.Regular guidance via the Genealogy,Stream Posts, e-mails must be maintained ,but first of all a rapport should be established with our team.They must trust us ,trust that we will guide them properly to success.We must avoid just teaching them about the SFI business at first.How are they and their family, small talks are very much necessary.Please avoid pestering ( if I may use this term ) the team with business talks ( they will always be e-mailed from SFI ) at first.Never be cold to their wants.,always respond if they have any query as soon as possible ,be patient with them.
Incentives should be offered as prize for attaining certain goals,at a regular basis.Try to Skype as many members of your team as possible and talk to them face to face -tell them that the winner in this wonderful SFI home business will always be the one who is persistent and totally committed.Show them some screen shots of the highest earners,if they can succeed why your team members cannot succeed ? Ask them to remember their small victories as these will definitely add up to the biggest one.
