The New Fast-track 2 program is one of the best innovation that SFI have launched.
But because it involves sales or purchase ($) of products, it is sensitive for new SFI members in your team.
Hence in order to promote this to your team without putting pressure, do it gradually with the following steps.

There are several ways to build or make your business at SFI profitable.
But since the question is limited to using S-Builder co-op, I would focus on this.

The best way to promote the New Member package is by introducing it right away to your new PSA or newly acquired CSAs. Be very specific on what benefits they would get in buyingbthis product.

Both methods of promotion have unique advantages.
Promoting SFI and Tripleclicks Locally has more personal touch in that you can have a face to face meeting with your prospects, in addition to the available online materials.
It is much easier to present nd explain the different aspects of the business.

On the other hand, promoting globally may be limited to online discussiins ir through emails, blogs and websites, but with the availability of free video calls on social medias

S-Builder Co-op or PSAs To Go. Which is better and why?

This question is better snswered by those who have tried both methods. So based on testimonies of those Affiliates, here are their most common comments:
1. S-BUILDER is a cheaper option than PSA to go st 0.72c a day but there is no guarantee of sign-ups and no guarantee that signups will become active.
2. PSA to go is a bit more expensive, but gives you guaranteed PSAs. However, the quality of these PSAs is neither guaranteed.

One of the reasons why people are not good or shy in approaching people face to face is because of a feeling of inferiority as results of social status, physical disability, emotional problem and other factors.

What are your top tricks for getting the most out of one's Genealogy?

My top tricks are the folloeings:
Use genealogy to monitor my downlines activity in their VP ledgers.
A. If I see that they are missing some of the action points, I immediately highlight to them.
B. Those that I see who are doing great and completing evrrything, I send congratulatory message to motivate them further.
C. Those that are have not login for quite long or have 0 points, I still send reminder emails about the business oppotunity that SFI offers.

How do I come up with good content for my weekly newsletters to my team?

You can have two main content types.
1. You can put reminders on what are the basic things to do like login daily to click the red tabs and reading the contents. Reviewing the To-do-list to get valuable points for daily, weekly and monthly actions.
2. You can write a summary on how to advertise and oromote SFI and Tripleclicks so that you can build a team.

In both types, you should put concrete guidelines and instructiins like placing the links of references and materials.

How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

This is a very interestung question. The answer varies depending on ones priority. I will answer this according to what I do in different stages.

STAGE 1. As a newbie for 10 days. 90% SFI, 10% TC
When I first joined SFI, I almost spend my time doing tge basics, reading, training myself, doing the daily, weekly and monthly tasks. I seldom visit Tripleclicks, except when I need to open my Tconnect page to get points and check new products.

Yes, you should do it for the following reason:
1. This will encourage them to be more active and dedicated in doing their daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
2. Doing Fastrack is a proof that your Aff is serious to move ahead.
Your words should be as simple as mentioning the benefits of going Fastrack.
1. Once they achieve Fastrack, they will get 10% additional VP earnings frim the executive pool.
2. This will also make sure they qualify in the next round of E365.
