Which is better and why? Promoting SFI and TripleClicks locally and more personally...or globally via the Internet?

I think both are complementary.
When you promote SFI and TripleClicks locally, your targets are your family, your friends, your co-workers and people of the local community. The field is not very large, but your have great chances to make high quality sign ups. Then the communication with these affiliates is very easy because you share the same culture and thus you know how well make them understand what you mean.
However internet make you reach a larger public. You have the opportunity to spread the entire world with your ads. But there are a lot of difficulties: the language barrier, the culture barrier, the distance, etc. You spend a lot of time and energy to make very few sign ups.
Both have solid advantages and major inconvenients.

How do I come up with good content for my weekly newsletters to my team?

This is the question that all of us asked ourselves when we started achieving this task.
My 2 main methods are the following:
1. During the week, i go frequently to the forum to participate to discussions about some topics. At the end of the week, i share my best answers with my downline through the weekly mailer.
2. When i read an inspiring tip or a great post during the week, i share it with my downline through the weekly mailer (I mention the name of the author)

You can encourage your downline members to purchase from TripleClicks by telling them all the advantages of selling or purchasing from TripleClicks instead of an other store. They can earn:
1. VPs
2. MRPs
3. Special discounts
4. etc
You must tell them also that they are supposed to make essentially their usual shopping from TripleClicks so, if they want, they can make no other spend than usual.
I am sure that after visiting the TripleClicks store they will like it and enjoy making purchases over there.

I think that you don't need to improve this behaviour. You can just use an other mean such as:
1. posting ads on free ad websites and by facebook
2. distributing prospectives (in that case you don't need to make a presentation to people face to face; you just have to give answer to their questions may be by phone when they will call you).
It is always very difficult to change a behaviour, so it is better to reach your goal by other means.

I think the best way to begin a new month is
° to set up a standing order so that you became EA just at the beginning of the month
° to review your To-Do List tab in order to do all the monthly actions
° to send a Genealogy Group Mailer to talk to your downline about a topic concerning for example tips to start well a new month

There are a lot of ways to earn action VPs
1. the tabs of the affiliate center and earn 10 VP per day
2. Review the Home tab of the TripleClicks website and earn 1 VP per day
3. Purchase Tcrdits and use them to
- play Eager Zebra game and earn 1 VP per day
- bid on auctions and earn 1 VP per bid
4. Review physical products and all TC Direct products purchased after 15 days and earn 25 VP per product review

The business in SFI is based mainly on duplication and promotion. You will really succeed when you will build a strong downline.
To build a strong downline you need to be an awesome sponsor and be abable to help your downline whenever they ask for help.
So you need to read and learn everyday the informations, lessons and tips on the SFI website. These informations are so many that you need to go step by step and take your time.
There are not shortcuts. Success in SFI needs a lot of time and work
But don't give up. Keep up the good work and you will succeed

The most important long term goal that an affiliate should be setting is to duplicate.
Imagine that you have
- 5 PSAs on gen1
- 5 PSAs on gen2 for each PSA of gen1
- 5 PSA on gen3 for each PSA of gen2
You will have a total of 155 PSAs earning income for you by their job.
Imagine that all your PSAs set up a SO of 125 Tcredits. You will earn each month
155 x $17.66 = $2737.3
You will earn also 155 x 1500 = 232500 shares in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
You can earn the same income with 155 PSAs on gen1, but the commitment of your downline won't be the same
Don't hasitate to use the reasignment power tool to boost the general motivation of your team.

We don't need to stand out from the crowd.
We don't need to work against the other SFI affiliates.
We mainly have to duplicate. We learn the best ways to build our business from our upline and by reading all the informations provided by the SFI and TripleClicks websites and we teach our knowledge to our dowline.
Don't worry about standing out from the crowd or not. Just do as well as you can and you will succeed!
