When one initiates an online chat with a new PSA, in my opinion is best to start with a greeting and then tell them about SFI being an Online Business that is well established and how sophisticated and knowledgeable the training on their web page actually is. Next tell the PSA step by step about the To Do List on a daily basis, Check Alerts and when in doubt answers to most uncertainties can be found in the Ask SC section or the PSA can contact you any time and you will clear the doubt. I would first make the person feel comfortable, then I think You should discuss what they think of SFI and why they joined, reminding them that it isn't a get rich quick scheme.
Also ask them will they be able to do at least 1 hour a day to do the TO-DO-LIST and read some of the alerts and go to the forum so the person can get used to reading and sharing ideas. Also assure them that you will be there for them to help them duplicate what your doing to be successful. Remember something new is

You should discuss any questions that they might have. Make sure you let them know that you are there to help. Ask questions and listen to what they have to say. Do not interrupt just listen. You both are feeling each other out; he want to know how you can help him and you should want to know could he or she is going to be one of your top producers.

This is something I've been asking myself and I've found that the most effective approach is to just introduce yourself, inform them that you are there to help & support them during their journey and ask if there is anything specific that they want help with.

This opens up the opportunity to engage them in a conversation and motivate them to take their business to the next level.

I hope this has helped.

I believe that the first discussion should be to find out what their needs are.

Are they finding everything within the SFI website?
What are their goals?
Are they working with a limited budget?
What is their geographic situation (city/rural)?

Remember, we are NOT their boss - we are their Sponsor!

"When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?"

Good question. First you give your introduction as sponsor. Give him the basic idea about SFI. Tell him how to work with SFI and how it works. Don't give him any wrong idea. Tell him how income generate. Give him idea how to enroll new PSA.

Tell him it's not a fast money making business. Every time be honest with all the information.

This is a great question. Honestly I wonder the same thing.

I think the important thing is to find out what they need from you. I mean you don't want to ask them directly which may make them feel uncomfortable.

Just keep it simple, you are letting them know you're available for them just by initiating the chat.

Say hello and let them know how great it is to see them online working their business.

If they need you or have a question for you, they'll let

You should introduce yourself and telling them what your goals are in SFI,How long you have been in SFI, Where you are at and what steps helped you get to where you are at.

Also you can let them know that you are there to help them when and however you can. Reach out to them. Ask them questions about themselves to get to know them. Show them you care.

It is a question better put! This is the basis of business people.
You must master the fine art of informal conversations, first comments and questions when you know someone who smoothes your way to deeper discussions and for stronger ties.
With the ice broken, the person relaxes and is ready to receive information related to business.
Here's a scenario of recommendation:
