When promoting the Fast Track 2.0 program to your team you need to convince them, it will help to build their business. Explain all the benefits and make sure they know why they should care. Make sure they know the importance of investing in their business and the value it adds far out way the cost. If you can manage to do this, they will become a member and be willing to listen to any other suggestions you have.

The best way to build a profitable SFI business using S-Builder Co-op is to join. The co-op is all set up; all you have to do is buy the amount of shares you want. One other good thing is you can add team members just by typing in their SFI ID. Most co-ops you have to give the person your link and hope they are not going to do something dishonest.

You should be recruiting. Solo ads are the easiest way because the people that you are marketing to, have already opted-in to another online business opportunity!
There other ways to market SFI but some require knowledge and if you don’t’ have the experience, you are going to waste a lot of time and spend a lot of money.
A good example is Facebook PPC. I can get clicks for as low as one cent but when I first started out, I was paying from $.30 to $1.00.
Solo ads are $.30 to $1.50 but you are paying a set price and you know how much it is going to cost no matter if it is a success or a failure.

The best way to attract traffic to your TConnect page is, paid advertising. Solo ads are the way to go. You pay someone to send your link to their list that they already built! You can get 100 clicks for about $40 to $1.20.
Facebook PPC is cheap too but I would advise to create an Iframe tab. When doing Facebook PPC, select “get more page likes” and set the default page to your Iframe tab.
You can also do banner ads but most sites start at $400 to $1000 but per click, it’s cheap. You just have to pay so much. I hope this helped

The best way to use the WAVE 3 X-Cards is to hand them out. You can hand them out one by one or you could find a store owner or some sales people that talks to a lot of people on a daily basis. I would go to a strip mall and visit every store, talk to the owner or manager to set up a deal that would allow you to leave behind a stack. Then I would go to some sales people and tell them they could use your cards as an incentive to get more clients for their business.

You should discuss any questions that they might have. Make sure you let them know that you are there to help. Ask questions and listen to what they have to say. Do not interrupt just listen. You both are feeling each other out; he want to know how you can help him and you should want to know could he or she is going to be one of your top producers.

It should, everybody on here needs TCredits and you could tell your team that they can get them from you! In addition, when your customers buy one of your regular products they might join later, remember your store, and buy the TCredits from you. On the other hand, somebody could be just checking out your store and see that you sell them and just buy some!

You benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs on just about everything they do. Every time your PSAs make a purchase, you get 45% of the CV and you get matching VPs. The only way to motivate your team members without demanding too much or turning them off is giving them the tools, they need and if they need help, be there for support. One of the things I learned was you cannot make people want to be successful. They have to want it for themselves. Just give them results and most of your team will follow.

The most effective strategy for assigning people in your down line is assigning to motivate. If you have a PSA that only wants to be an EA, assign an active EA, 2 generations below the PSA. When the PSAs orange VP earnings begin to be more than the PSAs personal VP earnings and direct commissions, I guarantee the PSA will become motivated.
