How do you explain and promote transfer buying to your team members?

Up until recently I didn't fully understand this myself.
However, I now understand the importance of transfer buying so it's easy to explain.
You must tell you team members that transfer buying simply means that they have to transfer all their normal purchases to TripleClicks. Anything they would normally buy from eBay, the supermarket, pharmacy etc, tell them to go to TripleClicks first and purchase from there.
Not only will they be gaining valuable VersaPoints for their business, but they will be building their own business as well as building TripleClicks and without it our business wouldn't survive.
I always tell my new PSA's to start small so that they can get an understanding of how it works, the VP they will earn, shipping times etc and then once they are familiar to transfer all buying.

This is something I've been asking myself and I've found that the most effective approach is to just introduce yourself, inform them that you are there to help & support them during their journey and ask if there is anything specific that they want help with.
This opens up the opportunity to engage them in a conversation and motivate them to take their business to the next level.
