Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

Bribe means something given in exchange for influence or as an inducement to dishonesty. So I would not want to agree with the word 'bribe'. Rather you can encourage your downlines who are not working to get up and go and for those who are working to put in more efforts. This practice, I think ,will enhance cooperation and team work which will promote the business. The downlines will see in you true leadership quality and they will have true sense of belonging. So dont think when you encourage your

Never bribe your affiliates. If they too sorry to do what they know they are not willing to do then let them alone. Send your regular emails and include them in those. We are not in SFI to twist arms, baby sit, or spoon feed independent business owners. So that is that.

However you most definitely should recognize and reward achievement. I always send E-cards to all of my PSAs when they win in the daily grand. If I have time, I'll even send E-cards to my A2A friends. Everyone needs

I think this practice should be used with caution.

Since TCredits can transfer at a maximum rate of 10 per affiliate, or can be divided into tranches, the next step should be, transfer a Gift Certificate of $ 2 value, for a possible purchase of Wave 3 Starter Kit (which, if the affiliate spend that amount for this purpose, qualify you for one of the rewards in the Wave 3 weekly drawing).

Furthermore, you can organize the team contest with various incentives, such as

Hello Ian,

I believe I understand your question, and there are two important thoughts or mindsets
to consider here. On both, we must consider our position as SFI Marketing Group Affiliates, and what it means to succeed in this business.

By definition, the word "Bribe" represents something monetary given or promised to a person in a position of trust to influence his/her judgement or conduct. In short, it is something that serves to induce or influence another.

Of

Personally, I wouldn't advise it. Sure, you can reward your PSAs when they've achieved some high goals, but offering them a "bribe," per se, is a big no-no. That would be like a fixed ball game, such as the coach paying kickbacks to the referee to get calls made in their favor. Not exactly good for either your business or your conscience.

SFI is built on honesty and integrity. Let's continue to keep that morale high so others don't have to worry about bribes or other shady

Hi,
I think it is not wise, even the word used ''bribing'' is not right rather the in thing is to make your down line understand that the harder they work the more the benefits to themselves in SFI.
Though Gift certificates, Tcredits and other incentivs may come in at a later stage that is if the downline has achieved EA status,BTL and others as a congratulatory piece.
Otherwise it might reach a point when you yourself don't have what to give them, and that would mean them also not working

Yes it is a good idea to promote those who are at least showing some initiation by log in everyday and getting their ten or more Versa Points. Just as with the Expectancy Theory, if one does what is considered good, the outcome will/should be a just reward.

In most cases we are trying at best to intensify the individuals goal orientation, solidify the directions given by the SFI business model, and add a little persistency to their goal orientation as well.

It is paramount to strictly distinguish with the best words between "bribe" and "incentive" and that will really help you in knowing the essence/importance of giving Gift Certificates, TCredits and others to your down-line.

In my best words, "bribe" is the act of escaping a wrong that needs to be punished by giving something (whatever it is) to the one that ought to have given the punishment whereas "incentive" is anything giving to someone that

Excuse me Sir, Its not bribing! Its called motivation.
Gift Certificates,TCredits and other incentives are given when an affiliates have achieved or completed a task or contest as a token of appreciation/rewards from their upline. These way will also boost an affiliates strength and power to work more harder.

To bribe is not a good thing. It's better to offer your downline incentives. When I heard the word bribe it sounds as though you want them to do something illegal. However everyone have their own opinion on the matter.

Offer to do something like giving your downline affiliates free transfer sign ups, when they get sponsors or stay above the green line.

I believe these things make good incentives.
