Keep it simple!

The first time you make contact with your new PSA your objective should be to start the process of establishing a relationship. Do not overwhelm your PSAs with multiple links and to-do lists. For the sake of duplication your new PSAs should be going through SFI's training system knowing that you're there to assist when needed. If you want Income, Time and Location Freedom then let the SFI system do it's job!

I would encourage you to write your own "Welcome" message. Feel free to use SFI's recommended welcome as a guideline, but the words should come from your heart. Remember, the confused mind says no. Keep it simple!

When an affiliate first joins SFI they may already be a little overwhelmed, so it's best not to load them up with too much information! Keep your welcome message simple, no more than 3 paragraphs!!

SFI is set up in a way that makes it relatively easy for affiliates to navigate the system and find out things on their own, so the most important thing to state in your welcome letter is that you are available to your affiliates if they need help.

Here what I send:
My name is __________ and I'd like to welcome you to SFI. I'm here to assist you and support you in building your SFI business, so if you have any questions let me know I'll try my best to answer them.

First thing you'll want to do look at your To-Do List, where you can earn all important VersaPoints (VP) which can help you get on the Fast Track and achieve Executive Affiliate rank in your first month.

Be sure to log in at the SFI Affiliate Centre as soon as you can, and if I can answer any questions or assist you in any way, just let me know.

You ask one of the most important questions, because this first contact with yours PSA's could be crucial for yours future co-operation in SFI.

So, I would propose my message for greetings to my new PSA's:

"Hello and welcome,
My name is XXXXX XXXXXXX, BTL, and I’m yours sponsor in SFI.
You can see that it is quite easy to achieve the EA status (it is 1500 VP for month) in March, if you follow these instructions.
It is very important for you to achieve 500 VP in first 24h, because SFI gives you a reward of additional 200 VP if you done that (so called fast tracker).
How to easy achieve versa points? There are following opportunities:
1. Daily actions (to-do list) it is 11 VP per day; (when you complete these 10 VP, tomorrow you can participate for win it! rewards Note that by earning at least 10 VP each day you'll also qualify for our daily drawing for $1000 in prizes! ); So, it is 330 VP per month. To-do list is list of activities that should be reviewed (marked red at the top of the page). At the bottom of the page you can see blue tab which you need to click, and reward 1 VP (blue tab then becomes gray).
2. Getting started actions: this is very easy with about 700 VP;
3. For reading LaunchPad and correct answering to quiz, there are 15 VP per lesson; You can read this lessons slowly (there are most valuable informations for learning), There is an option to leave these points to another month if you achieve 1500 VP earlier. You can calculate how much is enough?
4. Intermediate actions: also very easy 100 VP for installing a TripleClicks banner on your personal Website or blog; 10 VP for reading (12 sites) and reviewing (10 sites), i.e. it is another 320 VP.

PSA messages assume great importance in SFI. It is through these messages we establish regular contact with our down line and share the progress in SFI with each other . Person to person contacts and delivering the messages through personal discussions may be the best but is only possible where the PSAs are individually appointed from our own friend circles within our region. But here we are dealing with an international support team spread around the world speaking different languages and staying in different time zones. Of course telephone contacts are beneficial but because of logistic problems like the cost of international calls, time zone differences etc. We are unable to establish continuous and regular contact with our PSAs except through messages. SKYPE though definitely very helpful but still have its own limitations.

Initially the messages to our PSAs are frequent and very important because we have to train the new affiliates and keep them well informed all about the systems of scoring in SFI and make them EA/EA2. We will have to exercise great caution during this period to understand their problems and sort those with timely messages. AT this stage continuous monitoring their scores is very essential to understand as to where they are held up. Many a times they simply stop the moment they face any technical problem without knowing who and how to contact their up lines at that time.

It will indeed be of double benefit if we can address the messages in their languages if they are not conversant with English. That will indeed boost their confidence level.

It will be better if our messages are initially very specific and easy to understand dealing with day to day actions of scoring various TO DO LIST points and also completing one time action points. We can even give clarification/explanatory notes on each launch pad lessons to them and slowly make them conversant with the systems. We should restrain ourselves from overloading them with too much technical data but allow them to do things at their own phase with timely interventions where absolutely needed. Always remember our aim is to help and educate them and not to score any points ourselves showing how informed we are.

The key thing when communicating with your new PSA's is to make them understand that you were once them and you had the same questions or confusion that they might be feeling now. I always like to interject examples of what I have gone through when first starting out and then provide them with reassurance.

You need to also get to know them as best as you can through an email. As them why they signed up and what their ultimate goals are by joining SFI.

Set a specific time when you will be emailing them back so that they can expect it and know that you have not just forgot about them. Remember to email them again on that set date and ask them how they are doing and do they have any quetions.

Communication is the best way to keep your PSA's active and involved in their business and by making it personal rather than strictly business in the beginning then they know that you are there for them and not just another associate on your belt.

This is wery important question.

Importance of welcome letters is very large.
Further work with a new member depends from a well written letter a lot.

Welcome letter should do just that, to welcome and encourage new members. Initial instructions for the new member receive from SFi, so our task is to well connect with memmber and establish trust.

It is necessary to offer assistance and to show by example that it is possible to develop a great bussiness in SFI by patient stady work.

It is always good to use the personal name of a new member and the end of the letter provide all of your necessary contacts, email address, Skyp address, Facebook link, etc.
Here's my example, one of the few letter models that I use.


Hi --------------, my team made,

I'm --------- ,your Sponsor - CO Sponsor in this great job. I am SFI Bronze Team Leader from ---------, and I am redy to help and support you.
Wellcome to my team of more than eight hundred affiliates.

I am tventy months in this job, and I much enjoy working and learning bigest free internet marketing school of SFI. I have very good, big team, steady income, and I am building my business every day.

One of the main reasons SFI is so successful, is because it has real substance!
With more than 25 years behind it and literally tens of millions of dollars invested into building its system and infrastructure. So relax and take your time. You are in good promissing place.

I always send them a E-Card and give them a good warm welcome to my team, I let them know that I am their sponsor and that I am the type of sponsor that will be here for them to turn to for any kind of help. I then say that all you need to do right now is to train yourself to login daily and READ! They should do their Launch pads and if they have questions they can let me know so I can lead them the way they should Lead their team. They are to do their To Do List everyday,so they can get not only their Versa points but actions too. This is their only concerns right now, As they progress in the SFI Basics and their Launch pads, they will be able to move on at their own pace.

Thank you for this question Hamid. It is very important that new associates in the first letter of welcome not "bombard" all data related to the job, it will look them all terribly complicated and will hinder many fold, and selected words explain to them that no matter how this work appeared at first to be complicated in the very easy when he realizes his will.
For me the best way to introduce yourself to them by a short summary of yourself and your motives that brought you the SFI. Briefly explain to them what is important to do in the first 24 hours, why is it important to give them the possibility that you can be contacted in many ways (email, Skype, mobile phone if they are from your own country) and must tell them that you have for each question and ambiguity there for them and that you can turn to without hesitation. Follow their work and praise them for what they have done, but if you see a mistake somewhere to let them know explaining that it would be better for them to do so. Help your new member when he does the fast track switching an inactive member of his team that he could become PSA mailer so that "saves" active points as possible while at the same time he meets with weekly tasks that will help him after reaching the EA status and gain new members who received the gift with that status.
It is important to emphasize that it is the first month of work actually his training for future work and progress, and that you're there to run forward and to always have time to help him in this.

in any case it's have to be kindly and not to short, introduce yourself and point out your status EA, EA2, BLT .... let them know that you progress and also thay have access to the same to.
I think the best message in which Explain how and in what way it works SFI,
in any case,include the video of the first steps in the attachment, and that the daily tasks and how they perform.
I think it's good to write not to rush because it will be difficult to achieve and remain in SFI because it will spend all the points and will be found in the problem to continue.
Include in your message your teamleader page where you can present the products and where they can see the recognition of the other members, refer them to a forum where you can find answers to their questions.
Let them know that you always have support from other members.

Each of us must work independently, if want to succeed in SFI business, however, the hardest is for newcomer who first came to the Affiliate Center and all there seems new and unfamiliar.
That's why you exist, dear sponsor, and you'll probably direct your PSA what to work.
For starters, the first contact with the PSA, it is enough to see gladly accept from you and feel the warmth in the relationship, because he/she will perhaps make a profit for you.
A relatively short message, although I would recommend that you give him/her the first suggestion for Fast Tracker.
If your PSA feel that you are interested in him, I believe that he/she will return much more in future.
